They are professional, reliable, and go above and beyond both in their work and in their support for the community. Rod and Tammy generously donated to my daughter's cheer fundraiser, which meant so much to our team and families. It's clear they truly care about helping others and making a positive difference. I highly recommend Hinokawa Electric for anyone looking for quality service from a company with heart!

The couple that came was husband and his wife joined, since it was at my home. They spent several hours diagnosing and I was told I needed to replace the motor, I ordered the motor and called the company back to schedule an appointment to install my motor. I heard back a week later via a voice message which started with "I am married "which is creepy unprofessional, and very uncomfortable so I kept my distance while Rod was installing the motor. I would normally watch to make things were doing done properly. Rod finished installing the motor and left four screws out! I asked where do they belong no answer! I sent emails complaining about the screws and they just brushed me aside and will not acknowledge the problem. I explained that it's similar to not securing the footings when you're building a home. My bill for diagnosing was $266 which Rod and his wife Tamy said, included their time, I paid the bill. The bill for installing the motor was $428.09 one person 45 minutes, there seems to be a major discrepancy financially here. This was one of the most uncomfortable, nonprofessional companies I've ever dealt with and Jamie . The office manager is a bully to boot. I really don't want to pay them a penny however, I will pay them something but certainly the fee they're asking for which they did not tell me upfront. I've been trying to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to resolve this matter. However, the website is down. I will not give up.

I got the paniolo burger which was a bacon cheeseburger and also contained an onion ring with a side of salad. I was pleasantly surprised with the burger. They had a special sauce which tasted like a ketchup with a hint of bbq sauce. I think this added a different pizzazz to the burger that I enjoyed. The brioche bun was very soft. I would come back again! I would just like to add a little tip-- if you come during happy hour (3-5?) the menu shrinks A TON. They only have three entrees.

Located right off the main highway up Hawi Road about 200 yards, this classic little spot is right in the middle of everything. Right across the street from the Banyan tree which a couple days a week as a beautiful farmers market. There is also the zip line center and Naktana store that has just about everything from fresh fruit and vegetables to sandwiches fishing tackle flip-flops CDs plate lunch & all kine stuffs. The motel has been all redone. All the rooms have great air-conditioners and fans, new TVs and all new furniture. Very quaint and priced very fair. The people that run the desk are very courteous and helpful in every way. That's a nice sitting areas and a great place for kids as they have A big playground in the back which is like a nice park. Speaking of parking, no problem, you can park right next to your room. There is also a two-story building, but we prefer the single level building right around the lobby area. There are no elevators in the two-story building. Anybody coming out this way I would highly recommend staying here, unless you like an Airbnb type of place better. You won't be disappointed here.
