The oil change, tire rotation and alignment, and a thorough inspection were done in a timely manner. I used a discount code I got in the mail, but they also offer AAA and military discounts. If you don't have the money for repairs you can also pay with Affirm and if approved you would make monthly payments. This is a great option for someone on a tight budget. The one thing I did not like is that I know the AC needs repairs, but they would have to do a diagnostic before any repairs which will cost you almost $200 alone.

They laid out a few options for me with or without using my insurance, and since I had a low deductible we ran it through the insurance. They were great with communicating with my adjuster and even communicated ahead of time that my return date would be 2 days later than originally anticipated, which I really appreciated. I dealt with Arthur and Belinda and they were both fantastic. I even had them do an oil change while it was there and they washed and vacuumed it before returning it!
