Was Picking up a delivery for Uber and the old man was rude as hell. Idk if he was the owner or a employee. He yelled at me cause I was on the phone briefly and in the process of hanging up a business call. I was being polite the whole experience and he was taking off his anger at me. I said sir are you alright? No need for the attitude, he ignored me and rolled his eyes. It was the horrible customer service for me. Distasteful bad attitude and the employees all look miserable working with him I don't blame them. Will definitely not support this business. read more

Don't waist your time with this place the wings were burnt, the made me pay for blue cheese and never gave it to me. I ordered a small pizza with extra sauce, extra sauce, extra sauce. When I got the pizza it was dried up. When I called they said they put three teaspoons of sauce. I am totally disappointed at the attitude. The cook said he didn't know how much sauce I wanted. In which case they should have put the extra sauce in a container and charge me for it if necessary. Thank antipasto I ordered was also a disappointment as it just had meat wrapped together on top of some lettuce. The reason for the three stars and 2 is because it was delivered when expected. read more

I ordered a dinner from them...they were 15 minutes later than they said...the order was wrong....i called and they said there was nothing they could do..the driver went home. They acknowledged they messed up but continued to say there was nothing they could do but give me a credit. I didnt want a credit for them i wanted my food or my money back. They told me to call someone else for money back. The manager then called me back and said in half an or so i could get my correct food if i sent back the old food but offered no discount or credit of any kind. The food i did get was decent but the service was so ridiculously rude i will never order here again. I am insulted that a company cares this little about their cliental. read more

The name says it all! Big slices thin greasy good old Pizza! When the pizza shop is that good that's pretty much all you have to say about it! Will most definitely be ordering from them again the toppings were of quality and the pizza was not overloaded with toppings but it had enough to make the price worth it. I am absolutely addicted to their steak and cheese calzones. I've tried about five or six other steak and cheese calzones in Brockton and Braintree and this is by far the best. The meat-to-cheese balance is perfect, and the cheese on top makes you feel like there's a pizza on top of your calzone. They also cut it into perfectly sized pieces. I hate having to cut my own calzone. I'm not kidding. My only complaint is that when I get delivery, most of the time the curly fries are a soggy mess by the time I get them. I Ordered a small pizza with HAMBURGER and bacon on it. I get the order and they gave me either meatball or sausage. I ordered through a 3rd party company "Slice"..I called and explained that this GREY MEAT on my pizza is not hamburger..we ALLL KNOW what hamburger looks like this meat was grey and had black specks like pepper in it..it was cut it shapes...what hamburger meat you know cuts in shapes??? Anyways it didnt even have ground beef texture. Ive worked and cooked in restaurants so of course i know if its a frozen meatball or sausage instead of BEEF or even frozen hamburger meat!!!!! Long story short "slice" couldnt do their job had me speak to 2 different cs reps to end up telling me the pizza shop wont refund me which i ended up calling them and the lady that answered said to me "your the girl that doesn't like her pizza"?!?! First of all im a grown woman in her mid 30s! Secondly im explaining the meat on this pizza isnt what i ordered...she screams at me over spoke me didnt let me get a syllable in, then hung up. I called back and then I get the guy who also isnt very good at listening and ver spoke me but was a bit more polite and tried to listen..to end up finally letting me expaling that all I wanted was for them to take this untouched pizza back just so they could see my point and send me a PLAIN pizza because my money wasnt going to be refunded!!! All for him to ADMIT that the company he orders his "hamburger" meat from will give him meatball meat sometimes as hamburger!!!!!! I was a faithful customer who ordered here frequently, until one day I was rushed on phone for a delivery. Had I known the order would be rushed I would have picked up. The convo went just like this Owner: "North main" Me: " Is it to late dor delivery, or pick up" Owner: " Delivery fine, delivery fine. What's the address, what's the address" Me: " said address, then ordered a chicken club, (she asked what size) I said small ( thinking she's asking portion, because i ordered here often, alway came on sliced bread with bread) Long story short I called and called after it was delivered on a sub roll, no fries, stuff shells were over cooked and dry, no sauce and cost $25 dollars. I would have ordered a steak or something for that price had I known it would have been a problem to get my money back the following day. I called the next day told the owner. She argued about i said sub roll blah blah blah (or they rushed the order because it was closing time). I said I called and called so I could bring the order back, no anwser. Then to top it off it took an hour to get it. She argued and yelled, and yelled. By this time a normal customer satisfaction establishment would have said "I will give you a credit, money back whatever, but not her she kept saying miscommunication.
