Unfortunately, the same attention doesn't seem to be given to basic cleanliness and maintenance. The public restrooms and showers were unacceptable. A paper towel sat on the bathroom counter from the time we checked in until the following day, making it hard to believe the facilities were cleaned during that time. The showers themselves were dirty, but the worst part was one of the rubber shower mats. It had been flipped over, exposing a thick layer of black mold covering most of the underside. Seeing something like that in a shared shower is both disgusting and raises serious questions about how often these facilities are actually cleaned. The park does have some positives. The grass is in decent shape, and compared to many RV parks in the area, there were relatively few stickers for our dogs to pick up. Unfortunately, the overnight sprinklers ran long enough to soak not only the lawn but also my outdoor mat, even though it was sitting completely on the concrete pad outside our RV. In the end, what I remember most isn't the rules or the grass--it's the dirty showers and moldy shower mat. If management spent as much effort maintaining the facilities as they do enforcing park rules, this would be a much better place to stay

Even though nestled off the road, traffic noise was not an issue. The owner lives nearby and is available for anything (even bringing you quarters). Although there's not a ton of amenities, the personal touches to the property was over the top. Dog park, Laundry, and very nice private restrooms/showers. Plus they even have a station set up to paint rocks! We will definitely return, and highly recommend!

I'll know by the end of the week if I won my case. I think that judge is smart enough to know who the liars are. Im optimistic. It is mostly for long-term guests, and it had a waiting list when I talked to them because it was the busy season. I drove through the property and really liked it. I changed plans & didn't buy a 5th-wheel travel trailer now, but when I do, I will buy it off-season & be sure to stay at Santa Vida.

Everyone was very friendly. Not many amenities, but we had our full hook-ups and use of the bathroom facilities which is really all we needed as we were out most of the time. The park is super close to downtown which was a plus. We had issues with our power as we had to convert from 50 to 30amp, but I think our rig was just too powerful which is not the parks fault. Everything else was great! We were told there is a cool hiking trail and creek but we did not experience that for ourselves. Definitely a cute little spot to stay close to town!

The RV Park is very spacious as are the RV Spots! We had so much room around us, it was amazing! The RV Park is so peaceful, it really was nice to sit outside at our table and relax. The grounds are kept nicely with lots of beautiful shade trees. If we are ever in need of an RV stay in that area again, we will choose Thousand Trails Turtle Beach! The people in the office are very nice. It's located close to town to access grocery or food. Overall it's a nice campground environment.
