Also spend 1000s in service a year in service for my wife and my cars at MAG. That also did not matter. NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY. I will now go to Byers, Kelly, or go to Cincy for BMW, VW or AUDI needs. Finance person aggressively tries to sell extended warranty. Manager said their only responsibility is to sell a safe car and not disclose or make sure things are in working order.

Among those specifications were all season tires. I understand the importance of this detail when buying a car in the winter in central Ohio. I took delivery of the car December 30th, 2024. Soon thereafter I was astonished to find the car was delivered with summer tires. These are utterly useless, and dangerous in winter in central Ohio and I've left the car parked since. I contacted the dealer on January 6th (Steve Johnson, Sales Manager and Chris Zane, Sales Consultant) proposing a no cost swap of these summer tires (with only 94 miles on them) for the BMW starred specified all seasons I had spec'd out, but they have not agreed. Rather, they have been slow to respond and indifferent to a situation where I have no use of the vehicle. They show no sense of urgency or commitment to resolving this satisfactorily.

Simply sign a waiver/sign-in sheet upon entering, and go out to the lot. Other places requrie a fee, waiting in line, etc. Finally, this is where I actually found the wheel I was hunting. They had a huge supply of wheels, all already parted out and inventoried. The price was much lower than I was expecting to boot. So cheap I almost bought a whole set just to have them on hand should the need arise.
