I asked Time to Buy Auto to reimburse me for the engine repairs (not the new tires I had to put on, not the brake pads I had to replace, etc) and they refused. So if you buy a car from them you better be ready to spend lots of money after your purchase because their 38 point inspection means nothing.

They can tow you if you need (through other companies they contract with), they are extremely pleasant, have stayed a few minutes late when I was rushing over after work, etc. Always able to get you in and out quickly as well. A full wiring harness for my front fender lights were hacked so badly that I almost had to pay $400 for a new harness. Luckily I had someone who was able to piece together and fix the mess after the fact. Not to mention all of the electrical connections not being heat shrinked and just electrical taped together. 2. I had brand new Yukon gears installed. Rear pinion seal blew within 1000 miles of breaking the gears in. Front pinion seal started leaking. Had both diffs inspected by two other off-road shops and they both stated the gears were installed improperly. Backlash was all wrong. I go back to DIS-honest speed shop and they tell me all is fine. Fast forward. Year later, the rear pinion seal blows again. Had to have another shop fully reinstall the gears. Horribly experience. 3. Blaming the customers. Don't you dare try to blame the customer for any mishandlings your techs had done to my vehicle. I have several text messages from Jeff Glancy going back and forth about blaming me for damage because I wasn't doing my part and inspecting my vehicle before going offroad. The damage was caused because YOUR TECHS messed up. Bottom line. Don't trust these buffoons with your vehicle. Stay away. Matter of fact... RUN.
