I only ordered a thai tea and it was good, no complaints. I had the option of coconut milk instead of half and half, which I liked .

The rice bowls are sooooo good. Lots of options to customize, and generous in portion. Best place to eat on campus.

The girl taking orders was very friendly and patient while we decided what we wanted to eat there and what we were taking on the road for our drive back home. We ordered five sets of cinnamon sugar waffles and two sets of the #1 classic. We devoured two cinnamon sugar waffles and decided to order one more cinnamon sugar for the road. The cinnamon sugar waffles were just as tasty as we remembered. Later when we stopped we gobbled down the classics- eating them like chicken waffle sandwiches...so yummy!!! Word on the street is they are selling frozen waffles in stores and will be on OSU's campus... not sure if they will be frozen for OSU, freshly baked and have a pop up shop or more permanently situated there. While there they had a good number of OSU students who wandered down the steps and ordered so they must have heard how delicious the food is. I also truly appreciate they don't price gouge for their food. The costs are reasonable for the amount of food you get!! With so many companies being greedy thank you for making costs affordable while also earning enough to continue cranking out yummy food! If we are back in town we definitely will be back...again!!!

Came in today at 8:10 like usual. Immediately told half their menu was, surprise surprise, not available, and that we could not dine in despite being open for another 50 minutes. Everything went about as usual until my daughter asked if she could get a refill, like she has multiple times before, while we were waiting on the food. The girl running the register, who somehow managed to get our 2-item order wrong three times while taking it, refused to allow her a refill. When I asked why not, she stated it was store policy that refills were only allowed for guests dining in. When I pointed out that she was not allowing us to dine in, she smuggly replied "that is correct." Rather than demand a manager, who presumably wadn't present since it was only the two teenagers running the kitchen and register, we've decided this will just be our last trip and advise all of you other yelpers of the substandard service this place has made a practice of providing.

The chicken fingers are huge, much larger than the usual size you get in other places. The serving of fries is also huge. The drink that comes with the combo is small. Diminutive, even. It was too much food for me, but I didn't know how big the chicken fingers are here, because I had never eaten here before. Same with the fries. Two of me (and I'm not a small guy) would have been happy with what I ordered. I ordered Cajun sauce to go with my chicken and that was a terrible mistake. I am from New Orleans, so as you might imagine, I've eaten a lot of Cajun food in my life, and the sauce did not resemble anything Cajun I've ever had. I daresay it tasted more like Mexican hot sauce than anything else, but mostly, it just tasted bad. And not that hot, either. I went back up to the register and paid for another two containers of sauce, and this time the selection was more mainstream, that is, honey barbecue. Which was good. Not great, but, you know, good. The dining area is very basic, very spartan, some inexpensive chairs and tables and a muted flat-screen TV (with closed-caption) on the wall. The single staff person at the register was very solicitous, too much so, frankly. Cloyingly nice, almost to the point of being obsequious. But perhaps I am just too jaded and cynical, other people may love the immediate high level of friendliness and familiarity. Country music was playing loudly while I was eating. After a while I realised that it was not actually country music, but rather, Christian pop music. If you're on the Pepsi side of The Great Soda Schism, you'll be happy here. If you're on the Coke side, you're not going to be happy. I like Coca-Cola, so I ordered a lemonade, which turned out to be not lemonade, really, but water with almost no lemon taste in it. It came out of the dispenser, so maybe the tank was almost empty or something, I don't know. It was water with the faintest taste of lemon. That's what I got for a drink. There are a great many restaurants that do wonderful things with a chicken. The chicken-lover landscape offers up an embarrassment of riches. With that in mind, I think I'd pick another spot for fried chicken. Not because the chicken was bad (it was not), but other things about the place were not particularly appealing to me, and it's not as if the main drawing card here (which is the bird) is so completely fantastic that you brush all the shortcomings aside. The chicken isn't that good, you know? It's good, but not so good as to make you forget about everything else.

This review is not about the food, this is from the perspective of a delivery driver…read more This location is the absolute worst place to have to pick up orders from. They make you wait outside at a window, regardless of the weather (which is currently next to port-a-potties from a construction site and smells bad), but the worst thing by far is the wait times. Delivery drivers don't get paid by the hour, and restaurants are supposed to tell the app when the order will be done so that they don't send the driver until around when the order is ready. This location just sends you immediately even if they have no intention of starting the order for a long time. Furthermore, they consistently lie about how long the wait is. Not by a little bit either. I have been told multiple times it's going to be a five minute wait only for it to be half an hour or more that I don't get paid for. If they were honest up front about the wait I could drop the order and move on, but instead I ask for updates and they keep saying it's almost ready, sometimes for 40 to 60 minutes. It's really unfair to the drivers and I know multiple delivery drivers in this town other than myself who have the same problem with them. I would give them 0 stars if I could just for this even though the food is pretty good from a customer perspective
