Crispy chicken fingers for a quick pit stop snack... Chicken was juicy and not dry... batter was crispy and not soggy.... dip options: pretty standard... Service was prompt and friendly... The only negative part for me was the breading to chicken ratio... as I'm driving down the road, biting into my chicken finger... giant chunks of crisp chicken were falling into my lap... what I thought was the skinny end of the chicken breast was nothing but crispy batter that crumbled at the first bite... The chicken here is taste, but the owner is possibly the worse restaurant owner ever! They sell "Chicken Dippers" (chicken nuggets), then they sell you the dipper sauce! Who does that??? Sauce is apart of nuggets, right? I've tried the place 3 times,... And have yet to walk away not frustrated at the way they treat you. Personally I have stopped here for my last time,... Extremely unacceptable and will be further investigating why such ludicrous behavior is being exhibited at this location in Albany Oregon. Why do they show Gizzards on the menu? Chicken too salty, no wings, no water, except bottled, though the guy said I could fill up a cup with water from the coffee machine and add ice. Ew. I haven't seen a soda fountain without a water dispenser in a decade. I think you have to special order the screw-the-customer ones. Watched an employee go into the bathroom, do his business and walk out. When I walked out he had his hands in the chicken tenders mixing them up without gloves. I about choked. On a side note, about two weeks later he told a driver with a dog that the dog wasn't allowed on the property. Fine his property, he has that right. However, when the guy pointed out it was a service animal (clearly marked) that he needed for PTSD after serving four tours in Afghanistan the driver was told he wasn't welcome there either. Never had Champs before. Great taste but a little dry. Employees were very nice and attentive.

I couldn't find a good value on the menu. I ordered the 5 chicken strips for $7 and it didn't come with sauce. It was good chicken, but only worth $5. I've never stopped here before and I don't think I will in the future. Wasn't good or bad overall. read more

Everything tastes like chicken, except this. It's just a flavorless meat-textured disappointment.

Extremley rude staff. They get mad when you ask for things on the menu that they have never sold but still display on a digital menu. Then they mess up your order after you tell them 3 times what you wanted and then treat you like it was your fault. Last but not least, they tell me they don't except Samsung Pay when the debit terminal says they do and after the payment has been accepted and it spits out a receipt. How are they still open?
