That u pushes throw a cut out hole on metal bumper about 1 inch round hole which these little prongs hold in the hole Which the auto body shop installed a week or so before I was told the auto body shop super glued the wire to the metal. I don't care what they did! It's two wires it never should have cost that much in my option. So I ask for a break and it was a no! I researched what the big-box stores had to offer, but I wasn't impressed with their wireless or license plate-mounted options. (Quick tip: Some plate-mounted cameras can obstruct part of your license plate, like the state name or motto, which could technically get you pulled over for plate obstruction!) I wanted something that looked factory-installed, not like an aftermarket add-on, and Pro Car Sound and Security in Malden delivered exactly that. I stopped by after work on a Friday, and the place was buzzing like a club--people were coming and going non-stop. Clearly, this is the spot in Malden. As soon as I walked in, they took care of me immediately. The staff was super friendly and kept offering snacks and drinks from their well-stocked snack station. Staff is friendly. They also offer to pay the state tax if you pay with cash. However I came in the wrong day because my tint took just about 3 hours to accomplish. It was due to the fact that they had a power outage just before they got my car inside. Overall this place is great.

I hope this goes to show that they were in agreement with my complaint that they would redo the 4 out 5 windows the very next day. As a tip, I sat and watch them redoing it. I saw them pulling the precut films multiple time during the install to throw it out to start over because either it picked up some lint or dirt or creased the film. The result is what it should have been to begin with. I am satisfied but I still have lost a day. The customer Service was 4.5/5. But unfortunately product installed was 1/5. If you want to give them a shot, go ahead but there are better shops out there in terms of price and quality.
