Fast forward to this week, my house roof is leaking on my second floor. I texted him with no response, then I emailed just to be sure he received my message (so we are 3.5 years out on the roof install). His daughter responded from his work account saying the job was 4 years old, they couldn't do anything and to "call someone else." Wow! After spending $60-70K with this guy, this is the response I get? Not to mention that a friend referred me to him, and I have given his name to many other people as well. I am simply stunned and horrified but this response. Why are good contractors so hard to find?
