Bayram and his staff at Cabinets City are truly AMAZING!!! I purchased a set of kitchen cabinets and handles at Cabinets City for my kitchen remodel. The cabinets were well packaged, gorgeous, and delivered on time, except for two cabinets. When my cabinets arrived, the delivery driver brought to my attention the cabinet manufacturer missed sending me two cabinets. So I contacted Bayram and he immediately got on the phone with the manufacturer to notify them of the situation. The manufacturer told Bayram it would be a few weeks before I can get the missing cabinets. But Bayram fought very hard with the manufacturer and he was able to get the manufacturer to send me the missing cabinets in a week. They arrived on the day Bayram said they would and he personally delivered those cabinets to me. Now that is great customer support and service! While installing the cabinets, my contractor needed a couple of more fillers. So again, I contacted Cabinets City. Again, Cabinets City came through for me! I've purchased at least 4 Sets of kitchen cabinets from Cabinets City Since they opened this location in Mount Prospect, and I've recommended them to at least 10 or more other people who have all come back to thank me for introducing them to this place. They have great prices for everyone- whether you're a contractor or just ordinary people who looking for to remodel their kitchen or bathroom. Cabinets City is the type of place you go to if you want design ideas or want some general advice on whether you should get granite or quarts or some other cabinets. But if you've already done all your research you can either stop by or call them with the model numbers and they can order it for you. They have a great showroom that you can easily make decision about what you want from high end to low end cabinets and same with whether to select granite or quartz products. If you don't see something you want in the showroom you should ask to look through their catalogs and they can still order it for you at a discount. Great place to be, and there is no pushy sales people to make me feel like I needed to purchase something now. My wife and were in search of remodeling our kitchen and after a long time studies and searches and reading onlines we decided to purchase our own materials and hire a contractor to do our remodeling. Cacibets city was the store had the highest reviews with 5/5 stars. They seriously the one deserves another five stars because as most of the the other revies mentions, they were very helpful with design ideas and suggestions and also assisted in what cabinets, countertop and sink options would work the best with the layout of our old setup and how we wanted to make changes. We appreciated they came to our home initially to make the exact measures and how we wanted to make couple of changes and worked diligently with our contractor John from J Homes Construction, throughout this project. Cannot say enough good things about Cabinets City. Freiendly, helpful on time, quality products and service. I just had my kitchen completely transformed and am over the moon happy with how it turned out. As well as the cabinets I got my quartz countertops through Cabinets City and they are gorgeous. I worked mainly with Derek who did a great job with suggestions and design. I already had all the measurements from the last time our kitchen was remodeled so he didn't come out to our house, however, everything arrived exactly at the time it was promised and Derek and Bayram are not satisfied until you are completely happy with your job. Allwood and soft close cabinets for this price was very attractive. Our order has arrived perfectly on time as they promissed. My husband and I had the pleasure of being able to use Cabibets City Kitchen and Bath Cabinets when we built our new home. They had not have the best showroom but had what we needed. However the staff was very knowledgeable. We took our contractor with us since he is more knowledgeable about the quality of cabinets. At the beginning we would pick Fabuwood cabinets because it has the best value for price rating on the consumer report but we had to end up with Schrock Cabinetry because Fabuwood did not give us enough custom options. Maple cream raised panel Schrock was little more expensive but we got what we want. Delivery was just on time and they did everything possibly they could to fit in our budget. I went to Cabinet City to get a any countertop for my stand alone kitchen cabinet. As it was a single stand alone cabinet, I was not able to get the countertop for it from any of the major stores like HomeDepot, Menards, Lowe's, etc. When I reached Cabinet City, it was almost the closing type, yet BG was helpful enough to stay over in order to attend me, understand my needs and suggested different options.
