Went to Northshore's Mazda yesterday after them having the car for 3 hrs said brakes had some dust and were fine and couldn't find why they were making noise and vibrating! So said they were going to balance wheels but after a test ride Said they could still feel vibration and could do a further diagnostic at 195.00 an hour but couldn't guarantee it would take only an hour! Took the car to another mechanic and brakes were totally trashed and calipers were gone! Mazda had done the total brake job previously under 2 yrs ago! Also yesterday Mazda said brakes looked good! Just awful, unsafe Unskilled workmanship and highway robbery for pricing! Also waited 2 weeks driving on these brakes waiting for repair appointment! So do not go there unsafe ,poor quality workmanship! They just don't care ! read more

I just left there...I was all ready to purchase an SUV but the Manager BILL was so UNPROFESSIONAL he KILLED THE DEAL. He was irritated as soon as he sat down. My parents and I were having a pleasant experience with Victor A. (he was amazing) but Bill was terrible. Updated: I e-mailed them HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I e-mailed 3 top people; the General Manager (Dan Mcbride), the Sales Manager (Andrew Mwangi) AND the Business Manager (Jason Piazza). Hello, I received an e-mail asking me how my visit to your dealership went yesterday. I replied to the e-mail but wanted to personally e-mail you as well. I worked with Victor, he was great. I was all set to purchase a 2018 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring with Premium Package. However, Bill Iannelli (internet sales manager) was horrible and because of his unprofessionalism he killed the deal. My parents and I were very happy with Victor...so much so that my parents said they were interested in purchasing the cx 9 from him next year (obviously Bill killed that future deal). I was ready to buy yesterday but Bill seemed irritated as soon as he sat down. We felt he was hostile and he made it very uncomfortable. He repeatedly kept asking how we got to he number we were offering. He did not ask in a polite manner but in a confrontational, demeaning manner. It was very embarrassing. The customers at a table near us kept looking over. It was the worst experience any of us have encountered! As I said, I am ready to purchase.
