Had this product been SHIPPED to a local store as something not available in store, I would understand. But these were inventory in a sister store (20 miles away) when I paid for them 2 days earlier. MANAGER was not budging. Poor customer service. I returned home furious. The order confirmation clearly read on-line or in-store returns. I'm in a Sunglass Hut, not a Walmart, but by no means an expensive store. I felt it was an unnecessary comment, judgy in fact. We were on a road trip all day and we're dressed comfortably. It shouldn't matter what we wear, our wealth isn't defined by our dress. This mall isn't high-end so maybe they have problems with theft, but if my son broke the pair it wouldn't be an isssue for us to buy it.
