I'll start by saying their app is really nice and love the constant updates/photos of my son during the day. The issue I have is that the very first time I went there to pick up my kid they didn't check anything. They had never seen me before and had no idea who I was but they had no problem unlocking the door and pointing me to my sons classroom. There is a 2nd locked door but when the lady just opens it without asking any questions it's very concerning. They did they same thing with my mother-in-law too. No ID was asked for, they didn't even ask for my name. It's very very concerning and needs to be addressed! read more

My son just started going here and my wife and I absolutely love it. I don't understand how someone could give them a negative rating. This is the worst daycare ever. My 2 year old grandbaby at that time was seriously there and I haven't even been there very long. I received a call from a staff member about 30 minutes before pick up time letting me know that my grandbaby had been injured. Uponed arrival, I see her in tears wanting to be held for comforted with blood stains from scratch es on both sides of her face but that didn't happened. I had to call CPS and police to make a report. CPS was useless. I do not recommend this daycare to anyone period. read more

I don't even know where to start... we have 2 boys (2 and 4 years old) and they are treated so well by the staff here, as if they are their own. We are always greeted with smiles! Even though COVID has made things a little untraditional, the staff always makes us feel comfortable and they maximize their usage of the KinderCare app. We get photos and updates all day long for each of our kids with their bathroom log, their food log, their nap log, and any additional communication (i.e. "Brax got his socks wet playing outside today, we changed his socks"). We appreciate every detail we receive from them. They're so caring and thoughtful, it means the world to us. This morning, my son wanted to continue playing with play dough in the car so he was crying when I took him out of the car to go into kindercare and within minutes of me leaving, I got an update on the app with a picture of him laughing and playing with play dough with the rest of the kids in his class. You can't teach that kind of compassion to people... this staff is just genuinely caring. They host fun themed days like "Super Hero Day" where the kids get to come to school in superhero costumes. Every Friday is "Popcorn Friday" and the boys look forward to it so much, we even have it written on our calendar at home so they know when it's coming up. I could go on and on... this place is just straight forwardly amazing. read more

I had a similar experience as the other reviewer. My child was bit on the face, the skin was broken and took several weeks to heal. They had several contact numbers and did not call my husband even though he was dropping my child off and picking him up when I was out of the country. I had told them I wasn't in the country and they still only called me, meanwhile allowing my child to be bitten twice more by the same aggressive child. I don't understand their thinking. If a child is bitten and the skin is broken call until you reach someone. They didn't even attempt to contact my husband. I was infuriated. My husband and son joined me 11 days after the incident and the purple marks were still visible. No, I wouldn't recommend. read more

My wife and I enrolled our son there this past autumn. He had just turned 3. We unfortunately were in a hurry because my wife had just gotten a great, unexpected offer for a wonderful job that we felt she just could not pass up. We went with this KinderCare because of its convenience to us and both our jobs. It is also a "brand name" in daycare. It was one of the few places we could get into almost immediately. We should have taken that as a sign. At first it seemed fine but it wasn't long before we started to notice things we did not like. We had worked hard on his vocabulary early because his speech had developed so well at an early age. Within days he stopped saying "thank you" and also started with words such as "aint" and "yeah" and using double negatives. He never spoke that way before because we never used speech like this around him. His vocabulary may have been increasing but in a most undesirable way. He would come home upset often and in the process of deciphering his day it was easy to discern how bad this place was. Kids were obviously out of control, hitting, biting, inappropriate language is just the beginning. One day we noticed we had sent 6 pull-ups in his day bag. On his daily sheet it was marked that he needed changed twice but there was only 1 pull-up left in his bag. This sort of thing happened routinely. My wife and I ended up taking time out of our work days to sit and watch this place from the parking lot and street as well as make unannounced visits. First, a great number of the people that take their kids there are simply not the people or environment we want our child around. This is not an ethnicity or income issue, this is a trashy scumbag issue. On one of my wife's visits it was supposed to be nap time. It was a zoo. Then on his daily report sheet it was stated he was napping during the very time she was there and witnessed the truth. Often his report sheets had little to nothing filled out and when they did they seemed incongruent with what we knew to be true. When he came home with quite noticeable scratches on his arms, face or neck and a couple times even bruises, there would be no explanation or anything. The one time we spoke with his teacher we were told that things sometime happen with children. That was her explanation of the marks on his arms. He was there for approximately 2 months before we had enough and that was way to long. I took a leave of absence from work to stay home with him till we got him into a much safer, higher quality daycare. His experience at KinderCare had made him afraid of going to daycare and we feel literally made him dumber. If you have any standards at all for your child's environment and development and want their time there to be a benefit and increase their education you'll place them in daycare almost anywhere else. read more

My toddler son spent approximately 2 weeks at this KinderCare. In that time he has started to say ouch when his arm is touched in a way is intended to move. His Grandmother noticed the change almost immediately and decided to observe the staff unawares. She sat in her car for over 1.5 hours. In that time she saw a staff member pulling the arms of three children including my son. This staff member also ignored my son the three times he approached her and a little girl who cried the entire time she watched. This staff member had her back to the children a number of times for more than20 seconds each time. Another incident is they lost his coat when the nanny came to pick him up, they said, "they couldn't find it". The next day I was informed it was being put into the dryer. I was told "he took it off after being told not to". In addition, one of his other jackets was lost. When I was speaking with a staff member in the morning when I was dropping my son off he fell and nearly hit his head, none of the three staff, including the one I was speaking to reacted. They said nothing about it and expressed absolutely no concern. I now believe our children will be safer with the smaller community based daycares where the staff really care. read more

My family has had such a positive experience at this center. I was hesitant to put my baby in childcare when I returned to work, however the Center Director answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. She invited me into their center and introduced me to my child's teacher, who also took her time and explained to me what my daughters day would look like. The classroom and center are warm and inviting and all of the staff are very friendly and I know they genuinely care about my daughter while I am away. I would highly recommend anyone looking for childcare to this center! read more

I will never place my kids in this place again. On day one my 1 1/2 year old came home with scratches down one side of her face and red teeth bite barks down the other which 6 days later still had a dark bruise. They treated it like no big deal that they allowed my 1 1/2 year old to be assaulted only stating that "the other child was protective of his environment". Not ok. They have a policy of no biting in their book and then treated this like no big deal. They (my 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 year old) were in there for a total of two days and during that time they were assaulted by other kids (umm where was the supervision??) both developed a severe diaper rash from front to back and colds and ear infections in June. They almost never get red bottoms nor do they get sick. They don't bite, pull hair, pinch, or those other behaviors but not my 2 1/2 year old hits and pulls hair and bites and my 1 1/2 year old pinches and bites.
