I had to continually follow-up to make sure my issues were addressed. o Their scheduling and billing systems were messed up. Instead of just leaving my property and telling me to reschedule, he gave me a call and stayed on the phone with me while I told him how to access the backyard from the alley. He did exactly that and was able to service my whole property. He even texted me when he was done and let me know that he was finished, but was just unable to re-lock the gate. Amazing! Most people would have just left and put the responsibility back on me but not Johnny. He made my day and my life a little bit easier.
