They were suppose to come back in May of this year to finish and never did. Stamped concrete is only 6 months old and cracking. Pool is still leaking under ground. I had to have pool refilled by them once. During summer even with all the rain we had to add water from our hose. The hot tub attached to pool is sinking and brick point is falling off. Hot tub has not worked properly since installed. Had to pay to have lawn and landscaping redone from their equipment. All landscaping stones are washing onto my sidewalks. Wiring is exposed at main electrical box. They never showed us how to properly use the pool and spa. Had to pay another contractor to blow lines out and close pool up for winter. Aqua Spa was suppose to do this for free the first year, but they never responded back to my calls. Contacting the BBB and hopefully will get this resolved without an attorney.

They never called me back and my husband found a different service... while sitting on my front porch today, May 26, 2025, Memorial Day, the LESLIE truck rolls up to my home... two men got out ready to open pool, and I said I had no idea you were coming today, nobody called me back, and I contracted with a different company. Why would LESLIE send a truck out to open a pool on a holiday? Sorry., the driver told me, he said this has happened all day to him and he has heard the same comments from everyone saying they had no idea they were going to show up today and that the home office never called anybody back.... For a service that is $300 each to open or close your pool, they should have better communication.... I will no longer use LESLIE's for my swimming pool services and they have lost my business. I have called and called and they never resolve the problem. Two men would show up every week and they are here for a very short time, thats not the issue if it were done right and they are quick that would be fine. The last straw was when they came July 13th and the green slime on the bottom was still there after they left. I called Mike the next day and told him how awful the pool looked. I asked him to come over and check it out so he would see it first hand. He blew me off and never showed. I gave him to Friday to see if anyone showed up, nothing was done. I called and told them I never want to see them again. I found another pool service and for the first time my pool sparkles. My only regret is not leaving sooner.
