I was sent to Dr Harmon due to a bad pap at my primary care. I have a history of cervical cancer. I only had the pap at PCP because I'm new to Oregon and finding any care has been difficult. My initial appointment was ok. This must be how she sucks you in. I scheduled follow up for incontinence concerns (prior surgery and experience with this). Also depression/anxiety. I know my body and what I need to have done. Harmon mocked me for needing extra clothes at school like the kids because what I should do is the machine upstairs that fixes all that. She called me dumb for taking a SNRI for years and being pleased with it because that affects libido and everything should be about your libido. She is completely sex crazed and that's all that matters to her is if you're having great sex. She refused to treat my mental health with a prescription that I had been taking successfully for decades. She made me feel really insecure and terrible about myself but this was the only office I could even get in to for some legitimate health issues. I was pressured hard into some procedures that have left me completely numb so my libido went from low to gone. She did this by chiding and making fun. Other things too were pushed hard over insurance-covered things especially the pellet therapy. It was basically gaslighting and abuse that it's taken me a long time to realize. She never addressed my actual concerns. She screwed my hormones up so bad it has taken over a year to recover to a place where a thoughtful doctor can start over. Dr Harmon is preying on women and making a fortune with her trickery and scams. Avoid. I'd give zero stars if it allowed. read more

I have received excellent, quality care from Dr. Harmon. She is gentle, kind, caring and very aware of details. She explains what she is going to gently do before she does it. She asks about my medical health, listens carefully and thoughtfully to my answers and responds kindly and intelligently. She never has a superior, "I am the Doctor" overbearing attitude. The parking lot has lots of good free parking. The office is spotlessly clean and very well managed. The waiting room is beautiful with a gorgeous glass done. Barry, the phlebotomist, is also wonderful. I never even feel the needle for the blood draw! I don't know how he does it. He is kind, charming and easy to chat with. LONG BUT PLEASE READ! SAVE YOURSELF & AVOID THIS CLINIC. Very disorganized. Rushed. Lack of communication throughout clinic staff and with myself.I spent over 15 minutes with the nurse asking me all of the health history questions I had just spent nearly 20 minutes answering on the phone a day prior. I also spent 30 minutes filling out paperwork before my appointment and answered all of these same questions. A woman poked her head in to say to the nurse that "we needed to move things along because we're already 15 minutes into her appt time and we need to make sure we get her done because the doctor has more appointments coming up". They said this right in front of me, and from this point on my appointment was very rushed and it was very obvious. I was there because I had a visit to the ER the day before and discovered a very large ovarian cyst that was causing me severe pain and bloating. The ER sent the scans to Salem Women's clinic and said I urgently needed to get an appointment. The nurse had zero knowledge of any of this or looked at any of my chart info or scans and asks me "So you're just here for your routine Pap smear?" I had to explain why I was there and she said "oh okay let me see if I can find the scans" Nurse leaves the room and told me to undress. I change into the gown and the nurse opens the door to tell me "Never mind you don't need to get changed". After I had already done so. Why do I no longer need to get undressed to receive the exams I came here for? Because they were more focused on cutting time than providing the care I deserve and need. I was told "okay never mind I guess since you're already undressed" I then hear the entire conversation the nurse and doctor had in the hallway. The nurse said to the doctor "Well sorry, now I feel there's an obligation to do her physical exam since she's already undressed. I was just trying to make less work for you." This is just wrong on so many levels. 1) I can hear you. 2) "Obligation" to do a physical exam on a woman who came from the ER after discovering a large ovarian cyst that is causing me severe pain is unbelievable. I guess doing the proper pelvic and vaginal exam is too much work and takes too much time. I hadn't even met the doctor yet and already felt awful, ignored, and unimportant. Mederline Paul finally comes in, I am once again asked some of the same health history questions, for the fourth time! What is the point of having a health history phone consultation, filling out a packet of paperwork and spending over 15 minutes answering the exact same question with the nurse? Just for the doctor to come in and repeat the same questions. Taking all of my appointment time and then they act stressed and rushed. How does this make sense? Mederline Paul is then typing into the computer as she asks me the same questions. She is condescending and talks down to you. Each time I attempted to talk about why I'm actually here and the amount of pain I was in while sitting there, I was interrupted and told to "hold on". She then asks me "So you're here for your routine exam?" I had to once again explain my ER visit, the large ovarian cyst that is causing me severe pain and that the ER doctor wanted me to urgently see an OB for an exam and to discuss next steps. She is now pushing the idea that I just have an infection and need an antibiotic which is just false. I was never given the space to talk about what's going on and be truly heard. I was in pain and holding back tears. She didn't even bring the scans that the ER sent. I finally received the pap-smear and pelvic exam. She explains nothing, we don't speak about the reason for me being there, she never asked me if I have any questions, tells me to come back in 2 weeks. Says "It was nice meeting you" and then rushes out of the room. It was so painfully obvious the entire time that the goal was to get in and out as fast as possible. I was just another appointment to quickly get through so she can move on with her day.They do not care. Later that same day I was rushed to the ER again from excruciating pain. I later found out that my ovaries had completely twisted and I needed emergency surgery. My ovaries are both bruised and I had a cyst the size of a grapefruit removed. Every hospital nurse and doctor were shocked to hear about how I was treated at Salem Women's clinic. The OB who performed my surgery told me that she would never recommend Salem women's clinic. She hears the most horrible things about them. She told me that each of the OB's cant even perform surgeries. They do not want to offer scans in the clinic. They only want to prescribe medications and do the least amount of work possible. Their focus seems to be aimed at the medspa upstairs rather than providing the basic functions and care that a great OBGYN needs. I would recommend going to a real women's health clinic with OB's & nurses that truly listen, care, communicate, empathize and put the needs of each patient first. read more

I came in for my appointment was there at 12:15 to fill out paperwork I had not filled out that had been sent to my home. I can't figure out why I'm filling out more paperwork at I had a half hour interview the day before with all of the same information being reviewed. Nonetheless, the receptionist sent me a stack of paper, sign, and information to fill in all identical to the questions. I've been asked the day before. I remind you I had brought my paperwork from before the appointment so now I have two stacks of identical paperwork to fill out I was called back at 1 o'clock for my 1 o'clock appointment. The nurse practitioner didn't even get to see me until 130 her computer and begins to act the same questions I had just gone over before coming into the appointment!! My God, how many times do they have to go over the same information. So I get about a half hour with the doctor and I wanted to talk about what I wanna talk about he has all the information but I had a digital question after she finished with my exam basically stood up and got ready to leave. I didn't realize it was Bover and said wait. I said wait just a minute. I have more questions stepped out down the hall. Her ceiling came in. I said I've got more questions for the doctor. Is it over yet? She has another patient to see. Apparently the doctor standing in the hall receptionist opens the door said you had a few more questions because I have my next appointment. I said oh yeah I just wanna know and I asked my one question there's no don't put anything on the area, I will send your prescription in then hand me a very small sleeve of some sort of cream supposed to last me two weeks. During the appointment she has to be when I've had my last mammogram and colonoscopy. I thought what does this have to do with why I'm here today and I asked her and she said well it's important to stay up-to-date on these procedures. First of all, I don't like four appointments I'll go get them done when I choose to get them done, but they are due to be done and I will but not when she said so necessarily then asked me if I have ever had a hormone therapy I said no not that I know of. I've asked my primary test for hormone imbalance. He never thought that it needed to be done. What the order is a month for bloodwork to be done to figure out what's going on. I come back in two weeks to get the results. Some of the blood work you wanted to do was not necessary necessary at my primary doctor already covers it. Seems like they're really trying to get some money out of me today. I haven't stopped they do it. They know I don't need my insulin tested. My doctor does that that would be extra and come out of my pocket no thank you. The NP that saw me was very nice but I do think it's the money making place and I don't like it. I'm not comfortable. Everybody was rushed. They seemed like they were running in circles. I wouldn't recommend as a first choice. read more

The worst care I've ever received. The NP was a whole hour late to both of my appointments and when I came in she pointed to me and asked if I've always been that big, I was not coming in for a weight loss appointment. I was going for a preconception appointment, she put in my notes that I was wanting and interested in weight loss meds which is not true. She asked me if my whole family was fat as well, when I said I'm not sure because I didn't feel comfortable she said well you would be able to tell. Mederline, Emily, I want to mention these two ladies. They are exceptionally extra extra sweet and go out of their way to make sure they give care that you haven't seen in years, This nurse practitioner is one of a kind and I hope is recognized for her great compassion, her knowledge and her love for her career. She stands by Dr. Harman and says nothing but wonderful things And is very supportive of their vision for their Clinic. I've only seen Dr. Harmon once, but she was so kind and I'm excited to see her in the future. In the meantime, I am very happy with my nurse practitioner and I think it's the best care I've had in years from any provider. As for Emily, she's at the front desk and she is one of a kind herself. Super compassionate and will do her best to get you in when she can. Rosie, I would like to mention helped me with the bill I got that was incorrect but she had it fixed within seconds and was super super patient with me and helped me with the website. I mean web page because I have eye cancer so all three of these ladies I want to mention because I hope they get recognized. Thank you very much and I highly recommend Salem's women's Clinic. I have cancer and have a lot of other doctors I have to see from Salem to OHSU and if it wasn't for the Salem's women's Clinic I wouldn't be as good as I am today. Thank you guys read more

I've mostly seen Dr Harmon and she always takes the time to thoroughly explain everything and has managed to fit in an appointment with short notice. 1 star because I can't give zero. My wife had a Mammogram at this place and they didn't like what they saw. She was referred to SRC in Salem for additional testing and biopsy. Biopsy was positive. Now when setting up surgery with a Surgical Oncologist they NEED the original images. They tried numerous times to get the images. Salem Women's Clinic says their machine is shut down and the person who did the imaging has left and they can't retrieve the images. They escalated to the DR who is isn't there today. I don't know WTH she can do. She doesn't now how their machine works. OMG... What a nightmare. Now we have to re-do the imaging so the Radiologist can place a Marker for Surgery. Insurance won't cover it a 2nd time. This place has started going downhill since one of their DRs left in Dec. We won't be going back EVER. read more

I had a pre-screen appt on April 21, 2025 with Mederline Paul and Nurse Practitioner for Dr. Harmon (appt scheduled for May 15, 2025. I understood this to be a phone call for intake - to go over my medication and pre-screening of sorts. #1: I was NEVER advised that there would be a charge for this in-take call. #2 I asked for a couple of blood tests to have done prior to my visit with the DOCTOR. The NP agreed to order those . The NP also shared that I needed a mammogram and a colonoscopy and that she would get those scheduled. When I called back later in the week to see when I should come in for the bloodtests, I was told that those wouldn't be done until AFTER my visit with Dr. Harmon. Ok, sigh. I just thought that it would be beneficial for Dr. Harmon to have this info during my 1st appt. THEN I receive a bill of $265 for the 1 hr phone call and not receiving any of the labs that I requested. NP Paul ordered a Dexascan (not discussed). Three wks after NP phone call, I have not received a call from Salem Radiology to schedule the mammogram or Silverton Gastro for the colonoscopy. So other than ordering a Dexascan which not warranted and taking general info I was charged the above for a 1hr phone call. Because I am a disabled veteran and on a very limited budget, I had to cancel my appt with Dr. Harmon who I believe would have provided some very insightful info during my visit. I have seen Dr. Harmon in the past and really liked her to the point that I thought ONLY of her when I needed a female doctor knowledgeable in my issues. Very sad that I was not better informed of the cost of the intake appt or given a choice. I have shared ALL of this with the receptionist at Dr. Harmon office. read more

Absolute trash. As an RN working in the medical field, I kinda know the drill. But every single time I've gone it it's been terrible. First time I saw Dr. Harmon I told her I was experiencing infertility. In sum she told me to "stop drinking and lose weight." A year later I went back after actually getting pregnant. Scheduled an appointment with Dr. Harmon again and when I went for my appointment, I was bait and switched. I was only going to see the nurse despite me specifically asking to see the OB. After asking to see Dr. Harmon, she came in with some lame excuse as to why she doesn't see patients on their first OB visit. THEN she tells me "good thing I saw you today because I only have one appointment left before your second trimester haha." Hilarious Fast forward a few weeks. I'm bleeding and stressed and paranoid. I call the clinic to speak to someone about my symptoms. They say they'll let Dr. Harmon know but I should message her on the portal also. I do that as well. It's been 24 hours and I haven't heard anything, no phone call or portal message. I really think it's time to retire when you stop prioritizing patient care, which is exactly what I've experienced every time I've had to see her. Save yourself the stress and frustration and find another doctor and clinic. read more

I just love Dr Harmon and Katy Hernandez! They give exceptional care! Very kind and compassionate with wonderful bedside manner. I feel like they really listen to my health concerns and are willing to take any avenue to address them. Sometimes it can be frustrating and discouraging to try and find something to improve our well being and quality of life (especially as we age.) But, they make me feel I'm not alone. Sangita is the most apathetic practitioner I've ever met. She isn't listed on any medical websites, so I can't imagine that she's been a PA for very long. The first time I met her, she told me that I likely didn't have a UTI, I was just dehydrated, because I wasn't drinking enough water. I actually drink a ton of water, but I hadn't that day, because my mom was in the hospital, and I hadn't had time. She very obviously didn't believe me. A couple of days later, I got a message that the culture was positive. Big shocker. In addition to that, there have been a couple of times where my blood results showed something fairly serious, and I got a message that was a few words long, several days after the results showed up on my Quest page. She would have had the results days before telling me about them. She also didn't make any suggestions, or say that I should come in, and when I asked a question in response, she never answered me. I guess that wouldn't be too bad if I actually got a call back when calling about that question. Worst of all, though, was when she ignored a very important prior authorization from my insurance company, even though I did all of the legwork for it. She never even bothered to read the letter I'd written, or review any of my previous bloodwork. I had seen her to discuss that very medication, but I could tell that she had a bias against it. I ended up being denied a very important medication. Oh, but if I wanted to pay $500/month for it at the medi spa for off label use, that would have been fine. So now I have to wait two months to see an actual doctor at a new clinic who will take my high A1C and glucose levels seriously. As for office staff, I have had Target fax them refill requests on numerous occasions, and they claimed that they never received them. I expected it to happen after it had happened multiple times, and I called them a week ahead of time just in case. I left a message and never heard back. A called a few days later, never heard back. After I'd actually been out of the med for a couple of days, I told the receptionist that this was getting very serious. She got snippy with me and said that that's why they request refills be sent a week in advance. I about lost it. I called the following day and told them that I needed an emergency appointment, because I was feeling sick from not being on an important thyroid medication for almost 5 days. They finally got through to Sangita, who made me feel like a drug addict and said that she wouldn't refill it after that time without seeing her. That was fine, but when I did see her, she acted like I was insane and said that there were 5 refills available and didn't know what I was talking about. I will never step foot in that clinic again. There are a couple of absolute gems who work there (their mammogram tech and one of the front office people). However, their PA turnover is very high, and I can see why. Since Trini left, I haven't felt like my health was in good hands. read more

My first visit back in 2023 (I believe 2023 or 22) I had my first Pap smear. It was the worst experience in my life, and exactly why I always put it off till I was 22/23 and came here. I thought because it was a women's clinic they'd understand being kind and helping calm nerves but it was so uncomfortable and super stressful. The PA at the time (I don't think she is longer there) seen and heard the pain I felt, and she kept saying "calm down it's fine almost done" in the most monotone and annoyed voice possible. It made the visit so much worse. My second visit in August was better. I had gone in to talk about fertility, the experience was better and more positive because I seen someone else clearly kinder and more qualified. The office was quiet and the check in was easy and fast. Just use caution, and because of the first experience, I learned to speak up! Please speak up if you're uncomfortable and if it's a big issue to the drs or PA, walk out. Your comfort matters more, their annoyance does not. Just be cautious and do research on who you're seeing. read more

I was denied access to my patient portal today. I was going to follow up again and let Dr Harmen I completed my MRI yesterday and still have not received any referral info from her that she said she would send me when she told me her clinic could no longer care for me. I've asked for access to all my notes, test results, appointments and any communication I had access to last week. Why would this suddenly change unless Dr Harmen is trying to hide her communication to me? Again extremely unprofessional. But maybe it was a technical issue that will be resolved Monday. If I can't gain access to my patient portal and all my care notes etc... by Monday, I will be contacting the medical board Tuesday. This has become so ridiculous and all I asked for months ago was a phone call from Dr Harmen. Unbelievable really! read more

Along with many other reviews, would give zero stars if possible. The only reason I've had to return is due to being newer to the area not being able to get in anywhere else. I like Dr. Harmen herself but the office staff lacks any efficiency or basic reception skills. I've called with basic questions only to be put on hold and never returned to. I've left messages when lines are busy and never receive calls back. God forbid you need any timely referral to ultrasound. They have dropped the ball multiple times. First ultrasound I received the results from the referring office via portal same day. Waited and waited and never heard from Dr. Harmen to interpret results. Each time I called the office they said they were still waiting on the report...the report I received same day?? Finally heard from Dr. Harmen one month after getting results. Then was supposed to have a recheck referral sent for a second ultrasound 6 weeks after the first... they didn't send it until 12 weeks! After being extremely frustrated I asked to speak to the office manager, they took a message and I've never heard back from them. Shocking. Wouldn't even give me their email so I could write a detailed message about all of the issues with the reception area I've had. Now I'm stuck waiting on a pretty important/stressful referral to ultrasound again which according to Dr. Harmen the referral would be sent right over... reception now telling me it will take a week to get sent over. I'm beyond upset about this office and will never return once I get my ultrasound. read more

This is the worst care I've ever received. I went through an incredibly traumatic experience in October, and called and said I would like to schedule a mental health visit and be prescribed antidepressants. They didn't get me in until the beginning of December. At the visit, the nurse practitioner said she needed all the details for her notes. I told her everything about the experience and she proceeded to tell me I needed to take more vitamins (which they sell for an extreme markup at their MediSpa). She said they don't actually prescribe antidepressants and I would need to do 3 months counseling before asking to be prescribed by my primary care doctor (who works at the clinic). She proceeded to tell me they only dealt with "women's issues." I felt gaslighted and like I had just wasted so much time...they should have told me when I scheduled the appointment that they don't prescribe medication, not made me wait a month and a half only to have to go find another doctor. Dr. Harmon us an amazing Physician who cares about me. All if me! When there are issues, she gets to the bottom of things. She treats the Whole Woman. She is kind, thorough and very understanding. I have to say I'm disappointed in the professionalism of this office. The front desk assistants weren't very friendly although they did do their job. While clerical staff was polite and professional both on the phone and in person, the experience I had with Kate Davidson makes it unlikely that I will return again to the practice; if I do, I will be requesting a new doctor. She blatantly judged my answers regarding my sexual history and health, commenting that I have had "a lot of partners for someone my age". It made me feel uncomfortable during an already uncomfortable situation wherein a stranger is going to examine me at my most vulnerable. When I spoke up about it, she apologized profusely but it didn't do much to qualm my nerves and made me feel like I couldn't answer the rest of the questions with 100% honesty. She also insisted that I sit on the chair next to the desk while she completed my health history questions, but I was already undressed, and the size of the modesty sheet wasn't ideal for getting off the table and sitting comfortably on a chair while feeling fully covered, meaning that my butt was touching the chair - how is that sterile? At the end of the exam she told me I could get dressed while she finished typing up some information. Never in my life has a doctor had me get dressed while they were still in the room, so I found that to be quite unprofessional. And when I told her that insertion of the speculum is always quite painful for me, she suggested that the discomfort might be due to having chlamydia. Chlamydia?! What? Sure, I'M unique for not finding the insertion of a foreign metal object into my vagina to be comfortable and pleasurable, I MUST have a hidden STI that apparently has magically duped every round of STI testing I've had - makes sense. Overall I was very displeased with my interaction with Mrs. Davidson. My rating of 1 star is based mostly off of my interaction with this one practitioner in particular, since I have no knowledge about the other practitioners. Oh, and there is a doll theme in the waiting room, and fur covers for the stirrups on the exam bed; decor didn't exactly scream "sterile clinic". read more

I have been going to to this clinic for about 6 weeks now. My first appointment went great. We ran all my labs and I was told to come back in a week. When I came back for my 2nd appointment, no one seemed to know why I was there. At this point, they ordered more labs and said they wanted me to start BioTe hormone replacement therapy. I had two come back twice more for appointments in which they literally watched me fill out paperwork. At my last appointment, they scheduled me 9 days out for my actual appointment for BioTe. I made it very clear at this appointment that I have very little childcare and that I had to be somewhere at 230. I was assured that the appointment would only take about a half hour and would give me plenty of time to be where I needed to be. Today was my appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early and was put in a room about 5 minutes after getting there. The intake MA was very nice and super reassuring. She said Dr. Culbert would be right in. For the next 20 minutes I sat patiently. At this point I followed the sound of voices to see if anyone could tell me when I would be seen. I found Dr. Harmon who apologized and said, "If I knew you were in there , I would have come and done it myself." They went to find Dr. Culbert. A few minutes later, Dr. Harmon came in to tell me that Dr. Culbert was in with another patient who was having a mental breakdown and wouldn't be able to see me. She said I could come back after my other appointment. I told her I would have to figure out childcare and would have to call them. She reiterated that I could come back today and to please let them know. I called 45 minutes after leaving to tell them that I could come be there later this afternoon. At that point I was told they couldn't fit me in today and the earliest I could be seen was on Tuesday of next week. I told the girl on the phone that Dr. Harmon told me that I could come back today and they would get me in. The girl on the phone said, "I know what Dr. Harmon said but that won't be possible. You can come in on Tuesday." There was no apology for letting me sit in a room for over a half hour. When I attempted to rearrange the appointment that I was early for and they missed, it now becomes my fault. The girl on the phone told me that Dr. Culbert was slammed with other patients the rest of the day and that is why I couldn't be seen. Apparently not all patients are as important as others to this clinic. I had an appointment too. I will be finding other health care. read more

I have recently been seeing Dr. Brockert for some health issues I have had for years. She is an amazing health detective!! She has gone the extra mile in figuring out the underlying cause of my symptoms. I am so thankful for her knowledge and compassion and perseverance in diagnosing and treating me. I appreciate the fact that she offers not only conventional medical tests and treatments, but offers nutritional and lifestyle recommendations as well. I highly recommend Dr. Brockert. read more

My doctor had recommended me here due to intense cramping and pain, I was told over the phone I'd be going in for an exam. I get there and all we did was talk for 40 minutes about what I already answer on the paperwork. The doctor then told me it's endometriosis, without running and test...then proceeded to tell me that the only way they can for sure prove that is with a biopsy then asked me what she wanted her to do....Um I dunno figure out what's wrong with me? You are the fucking specialist. I basically had to fight with her to order me an ultrasound. Just very unprofessional, and disappointing read more

Well, to make a long story short, I could not, in good faith, recommend this clinic. I'm not sure where to start. The support team is hit and miss. I had dealt with some great support staff and them some totally horrible. One nurse/assistant treated me so bad, I wanted to slap her. She looked at me like I was an alien and was derogatory in her comments. Then there have been other nurses who are warm and compassionate. The real problem with the staff is the high turnover rate. Get to like and feel comfortable with someone and they've left the job when you go to your next appointment. Parking? Terrible. Vicinity? Great. Located near Bush park so it's pretty central. Building? A remodeled Victorian house. Not feeling it. It's cramped and stuffy, even after the remodel. The idea behind it is great, but the execution is poor. I don't need the charming creaking floor boards and thin walls between exam rooms when I'm getting my annual, ok? I hope the clinic can turn things around. The idea of a conglomerate clinic to treat women's needs is a great one. read more

I've been going to Salem Women's Clinic for at least the last 15 years. Every doctor I've ever seen there has been top notch. They take my female medical concerns seriously and have treated me, and my physical issues thoroughly and with the best possible care. Recently, after an uncomfortable procedure that I needed, Dr. Harmon wrote me a prescription that included chocolate, ice cream and a massage. Yes, we were being silly, and joking, which it took my mind away from the uncomfortableness of the procedure. A much better experience than had she been strictly business. Do not waste your time! Dr. Davidson gave me 2 options for weight loss. Pay 50 dollars a day to lose weight or get weight loss surgery which she knew my insurance didn't cover. She wouldn't bother to see me or address my fertility issues until I choose one of those options. Waste of time. Left in tears and feeling horrible. read more

One star is beyond generous for this establishment! If you are pregnant or just basically a women DO NOT GO HERE! The utter incompetence and negligence of the entire staff is staggering! I'd gotten previous paps done here prior to getting pregnant and didn't really have too many issue but I went to them when I found out I was pregnant and it's been nothing but a nightmare!! During my first appointment I gave Dr. Davidson my health history including my history of migraines. She suggested I try smoking pot.....while pregnant....are you kidding me?! I tried to ignore the comment as I thought she might be joking but the longer I spent at the clinic the more I realized the utter stupidity! On multiple occasions Dr. Davidson would repeatedly ask me what she'd done at my last appointment even though simply reading my chart would've given her the answer. I was told on 2 separate occasions that my next appointment I would be getting an ultrasound and a Doppler. When I showed up to the appointment (with my husband who took time off work specifically for the ultrasound) they only did a Doppler and then sent me out the door. Confused and frustrated I came in a few days later to ask for an ultrasound in which the staff at the front desk informed me that they didn't even have an ultrasound machine and didn't understand why I was told I would get an ultrasound. At my wits end I asked for a referral to a different office for an ultrasound in which the front desk staff assured me they had sent and that all I needed to do was call the office to set up the appointment a few days later. I then asked for my records printed out so that I could transfer to a different doctors office. Today I went to said ultrasound appointment excited to FINALLY see my baby and see that everything was okay to be informed that Salem Women's Clinic had NEVER SENT THE REFERRAL!!!! Basically their staff repeatedly told me that I wasn't there patient anymore and they had no record of any sort of referral and that they couldn't help me. ABSOLUTELY FREAKINGG RIDICULOUS, NEGLIGENT, STUPIDITY!!! I 1000000% do NOT recommend this horrible establishment, if you want accurate and educated care DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

Dr. Elizabeth Harmon has been my doctor for 30 years. I come from afar just to see her and I would never consider seeing someone else because of the excellent and professional care I have received from her. She truly cares about her patients and listens to their concerns. She is a stickler for doing things right and gives only the very best care. I can't say enough good things about her. Dr. Rodriguez was my doctor and I couldn't be more angry or disappointed in my services. I had to ask for the types of blood tests I wanted, and basically diagnosed myself even after she told my my thyroid was "basically fine." Well, it wasn't fine. She later had to change her diagnosis to Hashimoto's disease and her first reaction was to put me on thyroid hormones that wrecked havoc on my body. I took myself off the thyroid hormones and began my own treatment plan (I begged Dr Rodriguez to put me on LDN which I had read did wonders for autoimmune diseases) until I found Dr West at Salem naturopathic clinic and couldn't be more thrilled with his knowledge. I feel a WORLD better. Save your money and your time, if you need something more than a lab test or pap, go somewhere else this place can't treat or diagnose worth shit. read more

I had a really good experience here! I don't know why this place has such bad reviews. Check in was easy, I only waited about 5 minutes (I had an apt) and the staff was really friendly. The lady who took me back and did the initial questioning was super helpful and sweet. I saw Dr Colbert and she was super nice. She did a pap and spent time going over all the birth control options and their side effects. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. I get nervous with these kinds of appointments but my apt today was a breeze. Highly recommend! read more

I have always loved the Salem Women's Clinic. Dr. Harmon is the nicest and INCREDIBLY accommodating. Every time I come, she takes my concerns seriously and always finds a solution as best as she can. She is the only doctor that takes my concerns about my pain seriously and helps me find a solution instead of just prescribing me narcotics and telling me to deal with it. Bad, bad service here. They do not care about patients needs. The term Urgent mean 3 to 4 weeks later. The doctor took a chance referring this clinic due to an emergency need--- Not worth it! My doctor referred me back to Stayton. Receptionists could not care any less, they just want u out of their way. read more

FInd another office; I will be looking for someone else. I checked in for an appointment and they took the wrong person into the back (did not check on the last name when a common first name was called). After I followed up with the front desk concerning when I would be called they determined that the wrong person was checked in. The nurse that then called me back was perturbed that she had to "check in another patient". I thought maybe this was an anomaly, but I've had my pharmacy call in for refills twice for ongoing maintenance medication and it takes over 24 hours for the office to forward the request to the doctor (once the wrong one) and then over 24 hours for the doctor to review the request. Horrible follow up. No response and rude on the phone. read more

Not great. I have been waiting for 5 weeks for a preauthorization that the front desk staff said would take 1 week. Each week they say that it's going to happen by the end of the week, and it doesn't. Not sure why they're unable to perform a simple clerical task that would result in me getting the care I need. Too bad there is not a zero star rating. I wish I had researched further before going here. I went to their insurance department before going to be 100% sure I was covered. What they neglected to tell me was that while the office took my insurance that their lab did not. I had to pay almost 200.00 for the lab portion of my pap which was supposed to be covered under preventative care. I spoke to my insurance company who told me I had to use a different lab. Salem Women's Clinic assured me they would use that lab, THEY DID NOT. I have been speaking with them for months, they admit they sent it to the wrong lab but that did not stop them from sending the bill to a collection agency. The doctor was okay. But the service was a big fat ZERO! read more

The support staff treats you as if you're not even a person. No empathy at all. I came in to get results from a lab test, and the "medical" assistant had no answers at all. She basically just rwad a piece of paper, and told me I would need to make an appt with the NP if i had questions. These people are rude, and don't care about their patients. 10/10 would never recommend. read more

I had an IUD put in on the 29th.Dr. Harmon was very nice,and talked me through the entire process as it was happening,which really helped my anxiety.She was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this clinic! read more
