I rarely write reviews, but people need to be warned. I paid $3,500 for a French Bulldog from this breeder and was told the dog was AKC registered. After reviewing the paperwork myself, I had serious concerns about its legitimacy. Now, at just THREE YEARS OLD, my dog is losing bladder control and quickly becoming paralyzed. This has been absolutely devastating for my family--especially my youngest daughter, who is heartbroken watching her dog decline like this.(myself included) From the beginning, my dog has had ongoing health issues, including severe allergies requiring constant vet visits, Cytopoint injections, and expensive specialty food. The emotional and financial toll has been overwhelming. I've since learned more about serious conditions like IVDD (Intervertebral Disc Disease), which can be more common when breeding is not done responsibly. Based on my experience, this raises major concerns. I will also say this: my interaction with this seller felt unusual. Meetings were arranged in public locations rather than at a residence, and I was never given a clear sense of where the dogs were being raised. Looking back, that lack of transparency is something I would not overlook again. In my opinion, charging a premium price for a dog that develops severe, disabling health conditions this early in life is unacceptable. Do your homework. Ask hard questions. Verify everything independently. Learn from my experience. read more

Before the pandemic hit, my pug Yoda passed away but he lived a long life of 15 years. I was heartbroken but had no plans on getting another dog. My sister referred me to NorthCalFrenchies and gave me their contact info. I checked out the website and reached out to Max. I told him which frenchie caught my eye and he suggested we meet up so I can see if the frenchie and I connected. Max was so professional and friendly. I appreciated that he suggested to meet up because other places request money up front which seemed very sketch. We met up half way between Sacramento and Vacaville. Max introduced himself to my mom and I and then he brought out a fawn male frenchie puppy. As soon as I carried him, he just cozied up into my arm and my heart just melted. This person claims to be people who help actual breeders rehome puppies, gives you the whole "health guarantee" speel. HOWEVER, these people are clearly back yard breeders or they have no clue how to bet breeders or what service they even offer. First red flag: meets you at a public place and NOT in the environment of where the dog is at, born, ect. If your buying ANY dog expecially one at this price this is a MUST. Real breeders know that. Second: Did not talk to said breeder in front of us. When taking a call from them, walked away. Third: did not and REFUSES to provide information on the actual breeder. They claim that the puppies have a health guarantee however they clearly do not actually have the dogs checked at the vet themselves, and only honor a 5 day grace period. For starters, these dogs should be checked at a vet prior to being sold. Second, vet visits are full and REAL breeders know this. The fastest we could get our frenchie in was 10 days after getting her. The fog had diarrhea the moment we got her so obviously something that would have been noticed. We werent sure if it was nerves or not but after it didn't settle after the first few days we knew something wasn't right. Then they gave us dog food claiming it was puppy food from Costco- Costcos puppy food looked nothing like what they gave. Day 10 for vet visit comes by - It came back that the puppy had TWO parasites, that are not only infections to other animals but can be to people. Max took ZERO accountability. ANY actual breeder would take the dog back and refund. Max refuses to even provide the breeders info and CLEARLY does not vet the so called people he works with. When inquiring about the puppy orginally there was ZERO mention of a 5 day time limit. These people are SNEAKY! STAY Response to the owner: I've seen you make the same defense to other bad reviews. I stand by what I said because your clearly not vetting the people you are doing business with them not being transparent. I was with my mom when you mentioned health guarantee many times. My interpretation of that is that I'm getting a healthy dog, not bringing one home that will potentially harm my other animals and humans. The dog had diarrhea the day we brought it home and I find it very unlikely that you/ and (whoever) said breeder is didn't notice and should have brought it to a vet before selling it to someone. She has giardia and crypto. Both of which are infections to not only other animals but can be to humans potentially. Selling a dog with those is extremely irresponsible on your part as a "middle man". You clearly have no interest in taking responsibility for this on your end and choose to point fingers. This is a business that you chose, you either take responsibility or you should be providing the information on where these dogs come from. I'm entitled to my review as well as you are to your part. But looking back, this screams puppy mill. And from my understanding you've falsified paperwork claiming to sell full bred frenchies that are mixed. I'm shocked with the police reports filed against you that you continue getting reviews.. however I can only assume you've paid to have them removed. read more

This guy was trying to sell me a dog with no akc 7K talked him down to 6K gave him 1K up front rest payments. However when I got the dogs DNA it turned out it was a Frenchton and not a Frenchie which is what he advertised and said he sold me. Frenchtons are no where close to 7K. He still had the nerve to attempt to get the rest of the money I owed I only paid a total of 3400$ which is still more than what I could of got elsewhere a Frenchton just like the one he sold me for 2K. Be careful it's not right to charge someone so much for something that's isn't what they advertise or promise to be. The only thing is that our family has gotten attached to him so we wouldn't ask for our money back and return him but I am in pursuit of filing a law suit for false advertising. It's crazy how he gets dogs at a low cost low quality dogs and try to sell them for others for more and even though the money is going to him he'll say the breeders are asking about payments etc. He tried to threaten me by saying he had my ID and would report the dog stolen until I showed him I knew what I was talking about he then backed up and said he was sorry he didn't know. Why are you going to advertise Frenchies you don't breed but rather middle man and mark up based on their look and not DNA. It's crazy that if you look on their website they still have my review under Eduardo Orozco but somehow they deleted on google because I added to it after I found out he sold me a Frenchton not a Frenchie smh read more
