Under anyone else's care, I'd worry about their individual dietary and behavioral needs - I have a picky older cat with anxiety and urinary issues, a goofy black cat with a sensitive tummy and a history of eating inedible objects and getting the occasional ear infection, and a young, spunky one-eyed cat who once had an injured leg. Not only has Drew gotten to know each of their personalities and connected with them like they're her own pets (they greet her at the door), she has expertly attended to their occasional extra needs and has on multiple occasions taken the time to talk me through my concerns about their issues. In addition to being a cat owner herself, Drew has experience working at clinics and rescues and volunteers her time at a cat sanctuary so I thoroughly trust her input and consider her a valued care companion and part of our pet family. Drew is nothing short of outstanding. My wife and I used her services recently for our 15th Wedding Anniversary in Maui. We were gone for 7 days and Drew was awesome in dog sitting our rescued 5-year-old Greyhound "Cleo". Her daily services provided a walk and feeding during the day and playtime/bonding and feeding during the evening. We requested that she walked our hound earlier in the morning due to the warm weather and Drew was punctual at 8 am the entire week. Her second daily visit was also on time at 8 pm. In fact, there was never any deviation from her schedule. Cleo had at least a half an hour visit twice a day. Drew maintained great communication by texting at least once a day and attached several photos/video clips of her interactions with our hound. She had a question the second day on our dog's behavior during a walk and we determined that it was due to Cleo's deviation from her normal routine. The rest of the week had zero incidence as Drew was spot on with the new changes. She cleaned up our doggie run during every visit and watered our house plants and exterior fruit trees daily. Drew followed our guidance for Cleo to a "T". A month prior to her services we had arranged a meeting through Yelp when our other resources fell through. We received a call back almost within the half hour and the rest is history. Our meeting for Drew to meet Cleo was perfect. We knew immediately that she is a pet lover. The kindness and affection she showed our dog - only another pet lover will understand. Drew's communication is so perfect that she either picks up immediately or she'll return a call within the next several minutes. We requested references during our initial meeting and she provided them immediately. All three references called back and provide a stellar opinion of her services. Drew was amazing to work with! We have 2 large Great Pyrenees who require a lot of attention and in the past we have only felt comfortable leaving them with family. We were going on vacation with our entire family and was left with having to find someone to watch our dogs, I was hesitant to leave them but Drew really made it so easy. She came over to meet the boys a few weeks before and I was able to show her their routine. She was really nice and I could tell she was comfortable with dogs.
