They would not give me her name or let me speak to a manager to lodge a complaint. It has happened THREE TIMES now that a cs rep has butchered my personal info when making a call for tech support. Last time was Thursday, called and scheduled a tech to come out for recurring internet problems. Sat here Friday from 8am to 4:30pm,with no call with an eta. Called and found my phone number was changed, to an out of state area code? Had it corrected and have tried multiple times to speak to a manager or file a complaint. Received an email for a customer service survey, but the link was expired the same day I received the email. Have sent several emails back and forth through the website, with canned responses that do not have anything to do with my complaint. Finally received a call from Heather today and was told there is no way to see who I spoke to on a particular day and time, the system does not log who modifies a customers information, and was told that often cs reps do not even log against a customers account when you call in. She verified my account information and AGAIN found my email address had extra characters in it. (FOURTH TIME) So obviously when they modify the email address I stop getting notifications that something has changed in my account. Giving one star because I have to give at least one star. This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever done business with. So, I stared thinking about it and asked a few questions and he scanned it and said this will be $17 a month. So, got kind confused and left. The next day, a woman waited on me who I felt a little more trust worthy. She tried talking me into an IPhone 8. But, I didn't want to pay the extra $150 more than it would cost for an IPhone 7. So, I told her that and she said she didn't have one in stock but could get one the next day for me. So, the next day I called them on the phone and they said they did get an IPhone 7 from another store and it was specifically held for me like they said they would do. Anyway, they to my trade in which was an IPhone 5 which was in bad shape. Anyway, I have waited awhile to make that I am happy with the IPhone 7. I am fairly confident that I am not going to have any problems with my phone. Apparently, it comes with a warranty I realized. In summary, I wished I had paid the extra $150 for an IPhone 8 but it is too late now. However, I'm happy with my IPhone 7. This Verizon store is a lot better than the one in Southaven, MS which is only about 8 or 9 miles down the road. The customer service is better here.
