    This place was just awful! I called and asked for the parts department. They took my name and…read morenumber and said they would call me back. After two weeks I gave up for the return call and traveled out to the location. Once I got there there was nobody in the service department reception desk, but there was a sign that said parts I went back to the parts room which looked like somebody's storage area behind a garage and waited. Nobody came three empty desks. I finally found an employee who said that somebody might be in the break room yelled over a wall for them and a young guy came out... With his lunch. I apologize for interrupting his lunch and asked if he could look up if a part was available for me and he said that their system will not allow him to search anything without a VIN number even though it's a general part. After that, I explained that I needed a key for the locking lug nuts on my vehicle And he stated that he recently ordered one for a customer with a similar problem, but then was unable to find it online today, stating that it looks like Mitsubishi may have stopped, producing them or making them available, which didn't make any sense. He advised that one of the guys who works at the facility has one, but he's not back until the following week and everything is under lock and key so he could not help me. Unprofessional, disorganized, not a very impressive facility at all will not likely be taking my vehicle there for service. Would not recommend this place only as a last resort as it just doesn't seem like a professional or capable service company.

Get this: I had 3rd party inspect Tuesday. They sent paperwork Wednesday. I sent it back Thursday. They received Friday. Car shipped that day and arrived in Jersey Saturday night. Again, Mo is the man. The car is exactly as described, and I couldn't be happier. It's fast, gorgeous, fast, and exactly as described (probably better) and I'm proud to wear the NorthCoast plate frame around my tag. I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with them (Ask for MO). Over the course of eight years, the back got worse and worse and worse, and started to peel and crack across the entire lower half of the liftgate. This week I finally changed it out as I am trying to sell this vehicle now I took a hammer to the back and revealed that the entire liftgate is Bondo. Back up to 2018 I tried to have this company make things right by getting an auto body to correct the work which they stalled for over a year until I gave up.

Put every single stupid charge known to man on my "special deal." I was like "umm, no to all that and no." Tried to sell me a Lexus mismarked (it was an NX, I was seeking an RX) I figured that out and after 3 more old school sales tactics plus these super annoying disappearing acts, I announced I was going to dinner. I also let them know it was my first stop and wanted to look. Such a waste of my time. They then pulled another classic old school tactic of "what can we do to sell you this car" and I walked right out. Sales guy has called me from every phone number known to man, texted and emailed multiple times a day. Stop that sh*t and I blocked them. Wow. WOW. This woman has never been treated with such a level of epic awful at a car dealership. I've bought many, many cars in my years and these guys treated me like I was an idiot. This girl with the immaculate credit score took HER business elsewhere. I wouldn't buy here ever ladies if there was a fire sale. Good God. Oh wait- it was hail. My bad.

    This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a dealership. I took my car to fixed for an…read moreissues that I already knew was the problem. I told them the exact problem and what I wanted done, they told me I had to have a diagnostic ran, which was $200. But I would get that back in repairs, I agreed. It took them 6 days before they came back and told me the starter (along with a myriad of other things) was wrong. I said the starter is fine, as I stated when I brought the car to them, the sensor is bad, and it doesn't think it's in park, so it won't start. The service person sent me a text using all caps to tell me I was wrong. I had to pay $200 for the diagnostic, had to pay for a tow truck to take it somewhere else, where they changed the neutral safety switch, just like I asked for, and my car has ran perfectly fine since. The people I dealt with at Kia were disrespectful and clearly don't actually know much about cars.

Serena was so kind, but expertly informed about each and every car- their specs, details, etc! Superior product knowledge and exceptional customer experience. I told her upfront I was extremely picky and she delivered 100% beautiful choices and offered flexibility by researching nationwide on a car I had lost in a (rather devastating) accident. It's not a situation anyone would like to be in, but the good news is I'm still here- but my car is not. I did not purchase today from her- and it had absolutely nothing to do with her customer care. She's top tier and deserves a big raise, just for how well she knows these cars. Specs, stats, features... this lil gal can walk that talk. If you're a picky person- you've got my highest recommendation to make an appointment here and see one of these beautiful, fairly priced cars. Highest marks for a top notch experience. The reason I did not buy is (other than picky) I'm mourning a loss of a car I deeply loved. I need more time to hunt. A few weeks into my brand new purchase, I noticed some strange noises, I immediately called my sales person (Mike) to let him know that it sounded as if my brakes were bad. They gave me the run around. Oh Mike isn't here today, call tomorrow blah blah blah. When I finally decided to just visit them, Mike test drove my car and confirmed what I heard. He goes back and lets his supervisors know what he witnessed... The supervisor gave him (Mike) a paper stating that my brakes or atleast 1 was replaced brand new. He states "Oh sometimes these brand new parts can sound like that because they're trying to adjust"... I've never heard of that! Fast forward, here I am 2 months into my purchase and I'm getting my transmission looked at and serviced and, get this, the brakes as well... who knew please be cautious, those places like north coast and or buy here pay here company's aren't the only ones distributing lemons. These lemons just happen to look good.
