They have called if there were ever a strange transaction come by and we never had a problem with anything. The downsides to this bank is that there is only one location, it is savings account only, there is no debit card, you still use a bank book, and the hours of operation are even less than other banks. While they have the best people working there (reason they get 4 stars), the bank itself is inconvenient for most people. It is great for older persons that bank like the old days, but the younger generations are probably confused.

My daughter bought a car here and I decided to try it…read more Oh boy... I found a car and paid $100 to reserve it and gain first dibs, it wasn't on the site yet. When the car was ready with its pictures, I decided to buy it. I go through a credit union, so I disclosed this, they were fine with it. A few days in, I get a call from a very thick accented customer agent, asking me if I intend to buy the car! Of course I do! The agent said they needed the tracking number of the check. It was a Saturday holiday weekend- it's a credit union. I told her I cannot get any information until Monday, so she tells me she is going to hold the car for me. At this time, I am into this for $100 to reserve the car, and the deposit $290. Clearly, I'm buying the car, it's just paperwork now. Monday rolls by and I get another agent with a worse accent, this one is stating I need to move my pickup date- I'm fine with that, as the credit union needs to mail out the check and they need to receive it. I add the car's VIN to my insurance and upload it. I also upload an approval from my credit union. I assumed now since all was uploaded it was just waiting for the check. The credit union told me they were mailing out on Wednesday. Imagine my surprise when I see my car was not only on Carvana's site again- but a purchase pending! Wait WHAT???!!! I try to hunt down a number of an actual person, not a robot, and let's say I was PISSED. The customer agent I get is kind, speaks perfect English and takes a look at my account. I can imagine this guy going pale. He apologizes, he even listens to the conversation with the last agent and hears me repeatedly asking her to repeat herself. He states the person bought my car outright- not even a finance deal. He has no leverage to make good on my deal. They sold the car right out from under me! I was able to intercept the mail from the credit union and had them shred it and closed the loan. The agent was deeply apologetic and gave me a direct line to him, IF I was to deal with Carvana again- and he stated he would not blame me if I did not. I told him this pretty much had me taking a break but I'd keep him in mind. The last agent was decent, but his hands were tied. The person who bought the car did a cash deal. Meantime- I still never got the $290 refund, which after all the stress I went through, should have been immediate. 2 stars because the last agent was kind and saw the huge issue. 0 stars for Carvana otherwise.

This Chase is located in the thriving Ohio City neighbourhood of Cleveland between W. 25th street…read moreand Market Ave. I haven't physically used service here at this Chase Bank location (at the teller line) neither have I had the need to see a personal banker. I did visit yesterday, on 28 July 2019, to use the ATM. There is only 1 ATM available after hours for customers to use. So if the bank is closed, you still have access to this 24-hour ATM. I appreciate that Chase secures their ATM machine inside the bank rather than leaving it outside on the street. This means that you need to be a Chase customer to use the secure ATM. If you are not a Chase customer then there is actually another bank down the street that has a public ATM (outside) so you can use that machine to withdraw cash. I think that is a PNC bank so if you are not a PNC customer, you will be charged a fee to use their ATM. At least you won't need a PNC debit card to access their ATM because the ATM is located outside on the street. ACCESSING ATM -- To access the secure Chase ATM, take your Chase debit card and swipe it through the card reader located at the entrance. To the right of the front door, you'll see a electronic card reader which is what you will use to gain access to the ATM. Once inside, you will be in the lobby but you won't actually be inside the main bank. I'm actually not sure if a Chase credit card will gain you access to the building but you can try to use your credit card too. Since both are Chase cards then I don't see an issue with using a Chase credit card to enter the lobby. I only used my debit card as stated earlier. POTENTIAL ISSUE -- When I was getting money out of the ATM, I noticed that someone else was able to enter the secure ATM area by using her Chase card. I think Chase should figure out a way where only one customer at a time can gain access to the ATM machine. It may not be too safe to have a stranger looking over your shoulder inside what is supposed to be a private ATM. This is all relatively speaking because not everyone is out to harm you but it makes sense that only one customer at a time should be allowed inside the ATM section of the bank. This whole scenario would be different if the bank was opened because people would be around watching but I came on a Sunday late afternoon when the bank was closed. I came in without an appointment and they took care of multiple issues I needed to come in for (my own fault, not theirs) and they responded to my issues quickly. Bryan, the Branch Manager was very helpful with answering my questions. Would recommend this location.
