Dr. Paul and his assistant coordinated a thorough examination, the best I've ever experienced, and I was finished very quickly. I mistakenly left my contact lenses and case behind and it was discarded for hygiene reasons. The front desk was more than accommodating as they offered me a new case, solution and a trial pair of lenses to replace those discarded. Superb service. I only regret I didn't become a patient years ago!

I contacted three eye doctors to get their opinions and requested Tri State Eye to fax my records to them. Tri State Eye faxed two but refused to fax the third one. My appointment with this last doctor is on Monday. Tri State Eye calls me Thursday at 5 PM to tell me they are NOT faxing it over but I can pick up copies of my records for a small fee. Then she adds on Friday they are open till 12 PM. Which by the way on their website and phone greeting message says they are open 8:30 - 4:00 Monday - Friday.. It' s obvious that their patient care office doesn't priorities patient health. Apparently saving money on faxes is more important than their patients eye health.

This doctor's office did not submit information to my insurance to find out whether this particular surgery was going to be paid by them. My insurance had no information. Nothing was submitted to them then I find out later that my insurance told me that it would be paid for so the $4000 that I paid out of my pocket. Should've been returned and my insurance company said they would they paid him. After having the operation, I had a problem with dots black dots, and floaters in my eye, and had to constantly go back to him for eye drops and his office staff is operating office staff. We're not forthcoming with me. I asked for my records from Orange ambulatory service in Cornwall I could not get them. I don't know why I could not get my records to tell me exactly what lens was put in my eye and how much it cost they didn't know the codes or anything I am confused and out of $4000 I am upset and will have to wait to find out with my insurance company. What happened and if I will get my money back for the operation that I had. If not, I will have to get a lawyer. My experience with this doctor was horrible. I do not recommend him to anyone.

I went back to PV twice and they suggested returning to Modern Focus as the lenses matched the script. The Dr at MF said my vision changed and gave me less of a correction. I feel her 11/25 script was inaccurate but she said no and charge me $60 for the new one because I didn't buy glasses there. What a rip off! PV is making my new lenses for free. Now that's good customer service. Oh, and I was the doctor's first appt of the day and she arrived 15 minutes late to work. Like my time isn't worth anything? Needless to say, I canceled my next exam. I went to Dr Gould for years and always received excellent care and customer service. MF could use a little training on both areas.

Not only had my vision regressed from my great results, but I developed cataracts. Dr. Modi told me the light adjustable lens was the only way to get me back to my original great results. Although it is a process, the results could not be better. I never anticipated the quality of vision this implant gave me! I was fine with just getting the cataracts resolved never expecting the wonderful acuity Dr. Modi gave me with this amazing adjustable lens!
