We honestly could not be happier with our experience. We had Spoor's replace almost all of our HVAC (AC condenser, furnace, some ductwork, HVAC lines and electrical, and attic insulation). From start to finish, Garrett and his team was professional, fairly priced, and clearly cared about the quality of their work. What stood out most was their commitment to making sure everything was done right. Garrett even had this cool tool that analyzed what size unit we would need based on the size of the house, orientation of the sun, ups and downs in the weather during the day, and the temperature we like to keep our home set at. I've never seen anything like it. Any time we had questions or concerns, they were responsive, patient, and willing to help. Even when there was a small project miscommunication along the way, they completely stood by their work and made sure everything was corrected and handled properly without hesitation. That level of customer service and integrity is hard to find these days. The quality of the installation and follow-up support exceeded our expectations. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. If we could give them 10 stars, we absolutely would. My water heater and furnace were both giving up the ghost about the same time, and Spoors replaced both. I am extremely pleased with the work they did. They put up with my ignorance, answered my questions, did a really neat and tidy job, and cleaned everything up. I could not be happier. Hired signed contract-several phone calls and personal visit to business-final outcome: Could not locate our signed contract in their office???? It is not a common thing for us to write a review on a company that we were recommended to and had excellent reviews-we felt that they had priortised us and maybe perhaps did not want to do business with us-we were very saddened of their lack of follow thru and communication -we did have to go with a different local company and had to go the multiple estimate route because of really poor communication and follow up from Spoors- we are normal retired folks that had a need and I guess we fell thru the cracks-Be prudent folks and let them know that being communicative and easy to reach is a big part of earning your business! read more

Install went fast. I was replacing a older HVAC system with a new Bryant system. Started in June now it's October. The system still doesn't work properly. It's like they have there money and they have no interest in it working . Not happy at all with their response. I spent over 18 thousand dollars on a system that isn't good. Our water heater stopped working completely the same week my wife and I brought our one week old home from the hospital. Having an almost two year old and a one week old and no hot water was no fun! Resulted to heating water on a pot for about 4 weeks as no other company would touch our water heater as it was located on the roof (No idea why). After speaking with about 5 different companies, we called Spoor's. They were extremely responsive and willing to do the job. Jeff, Nikki and Garret know their business! We had a challenging project to remove a wall unit and install a small unit in the attic to provide ample AC to our master bedroom, bathroom and closet. It was not the typical whole house project, and I have to say we were pretty particular about what we wanted. From start to finish, all of Spoors' personnel were responsive, professional and capable in completing our project. When we thought we had an issue, Jeff had someone come out right away. Kevin helped us with our "user error" issue explaining the ins and outs of the newest technology...which is what Spoors has available and can offer. Thank goodness, since we knew nothing about HVAC units and what we wanted. The unit cools incredibly and is SO quiet while being energy efficient. I really appreciated the great customer service I received last week from Spoor's Heating and Air Conditioning. A company technician, Omid, arrived on time to inspect my HVAC unit as part of an annual maintenance program. Omid was pleasant and professional from the moment he stepped into my home. He was thorough and told me what he found during the inspection. He phoned his supervisor to obtain clarification about a part that wasn't operating as expected. He explained that it was normal. He showed me the setting on my thermostat to use to achieve maximum efficiency. I also asked Omid to exchange out the dirty filters in my HVAC returns for new filters I had purchased. He gladly helped and even asked me for a damp cloth so he could wipe the grates clean because they were filthy. Based on other service agreements I have had, I honestly did not expect such exceptional customer service. I was pleasantly delighted because I felt like I received excellent value for the money.
