We'd give 10 if we could. After our (former) 2021 Prius…read morePrime was T-boned by a motorhome mounted on a Dodge Ram truck at 50 mph, we need a new car. That one was total - yet we walked away with only broken ribs. (Toyota's side airbags and emergency operator system worked perfectly). After other Toyota dealers harassing us with bait-and-switch offers for Certified Used Toyotas, which NOT Priuses, not small, etc., I put a call in to Waite Toyota in Waertown - about 5 hours from our house - on a Friday. Matt Spencer was the salesperson I reached, and he was a gentleman from start to finish. We drove home with our replacement 2021 Prius Prime (this happened to be an LE) Sunday. No upsells, no hassles about money or manager intervention, we got an additional 800 dollars off (we asked for 1,000 off) a good 2021, just like the car that had SAVED OUR LIVES, and in a safe, BRIGHT color that can be seen in all weather. All paperwork, taken care of fast. IN ADDITION, he sent a handwritten, personal thank you note, that was not just BS but showed he remembered us. I would drive 5 hours any time to get such a great experience. Sincerely, Anita P.

My local Toyota dealer could not look at my truck for 3 weeks. So I called Waite Toyota they said…read morethey would work it in as soon as possible. 2 weeks later with little to no communication unless I called for an update..they looked at the issue at hand. The truck was in limp mode. Finally I recieved a call at closing time on a Friday saying they couldn't fix it due to a wiring issue in the dash. Parts were nonlonger available threw Toyota. Wierd. That being said the truck was a 2006 tundra SR5. So with lots of disappointment asked dif there were any options for me to find the part. No help there. I was also informed of a hole in the frame next to the bulk head. With disbelief I responded not possible it was just inspected 11 months ago. The sticker on the windshield showed an inspection due in a few weeks. Knowing my truck would not pass inspection they continue to charge me for labor hours. 3 hours labor plus tax on a vehicle they knew would not pass inspection in a couple weeks. I paid the bill and had a toe service go get the truck. 1 hour away. Upon picking up my truck one of the service people came out and told the man picking up the truck that mice had gotten under the dash and ate through all the wires. Also proceeded to tell him there were several holes in the frame. The gentlemen who picked my truck is called me and asked if I knew about these issues. Of course that is not the story I got from service when the bill was due. I brewed for a week over the integregratity of this service department I had never dealt with prior. On Monday I called and asked to speak with the top manager asking why his people carried out a 3 hour labor charge on a vehicle they knew wouldn't pass inspection in a few short weeks and asked for a refund. Dan was his name and said let me investigate this and i will call you back tomorrow. 2 days have gone by and i have not heard back. I guess the moral to this story is momey definitely a prior not the customer. If i had gotten an hinest call from a concerned department i would have said stop tight there dont do anything its not worth it..but noone called me and they must get that teachings from the manager who never called me back. I have to add the rollback driver took photos of the rotten frame and sent them to me. It would have been nice if the service department could have sent me the pictures and gave me some advice not to put any money into this vehicle.

Highly recommend AGAINST going to this dealership…read more 1. My husband and I tried to trade in a vehicle we owned that had a couple issues (we knew beforehand & had a quote on how much it'd cost to fix it) and they low balled us on a trade in price. The manager had said he searched what the NADA value was for our vehicle and told us it was only worth $1,000 when that was in fact a lie, and it was worth $3,500+ more. They wouldn't budge on giving us a better deal for their Jeep we looked at or a better trade in value for our vehicle. 2. There was a couple different vehicles that we had looked at and done CARFAXs on and two of them had come up that they had been in accidents. When we got there, the sales lady showing us vehicles said there was an apparent agreement with the owner (I believe) that they weren't allowed to sell vehicles that had been in accidents. Yet they still have at least two for sale currently. not fishy at all 3. They were extremely unprofessional and the sales lady was wildly inappropriate. The manager scribbled prices on a blank paper and typed up his own paper on what their NADA Jeep value was instead of an actual price from the online website. The sales lady kept saying inappropriate things about being promiscuous/asking if my husband and I gotten "frisky" together because he has some scratches on his neck (made from scratching a bug bite the previous night). Overall they weren't willing to work or budge with us price wise whatsoever, they were unprofessional, inappropriate, and not much of a help at all. My husband tried to contact someone afterwards to talk to someone above the manager we had seen that day and he didn't do anything either. The only good thing to come out of this was finding a different dealership and getting a great vehicle that was in better condition, a better price, and the $4,500 trade in value our vehicle deserved without having to negotiate with them at all.

My family and I recently moved to Watertown area from Seattle, WA to start work at Advanced…read moreBusiness Systems. Being a family of four with two small daughters both in school (5 and 6 years of age), we needed a second vehicle so my wife can take the girls to elementary school and choirs, etc... Since we were new to the area and deciding on buying a reliable used car with enough room for the family, we consulted both yellow pages and yelp pages when we came across Watertown auto sales with numbers of outstanding consumer reviews. We took a drive there one Saturday and Brandon immediately welcomed us and made us feel at ease. There were fresh coffee and pastry and the staff (Jay and Carvlle) were also very professional and courteous. After just couple of hours, we were able to make a deal on a beautiful 2011 Honda Pilot with low mileage and one year warranty. Brandon never pressured us and he was very accommodating. We are happy with our purchase and sure to recommend the business to our friends, family and neighbors.

Larry Craft is the nicest salesman I have ever worked with. He was able to get me my dream vehicle…read moreat a low price and very quickly. He has a lot of experience and made it super easy. He was so patient teaching me how to use the features of a newer vehicle for someone who's last car was about 17 years old- he was all smiles showing me things I was confused on a second time the next day. Part of my disability is my memory and communicating. It never fazed him. I also have an autoimmune disorder that causes many sores on my hands. He shook my hand numerous times without a smile. It's been years since someone shook my hand. Thank you again Larry!! Also Joanna with making the financial paperwork so simple. Managers were nice too. I love my Acadia! Thank you everyone!

The service department is trash, they don't follow GM procedures and then when asked why they said…read morethey have been doing it for 15 years this way....so not following procedure by GM is what you do that's great. Then to give a receipt stating the exact same thing that you were told in the bulletin of what to do. DO NOT TAKE your vehicle there unless you'd like to leave with problems. That dealership would be 1000% better without the service department, because they are horrible have bad customer service. Pretty much are just plain rude and don't care because they have no accountability. Welp y'all keep it up your customer base will decline and you wont have a business. After posting my original review I read a few others and realize them not tightening lug nuts must be a common thing for them. They did that with a previous vehicle I owned. Just another example of not following procedures, eventually they will cause an accident from this and be found liable and will loose it all. *adding this* 1. I was not offered to talk to the mechanic. 2. There is a huge disconnect in who answers and books appointments and who does the work, if it wasn't required when I said you have to change the oil after the cleaning then why wouldn't they let me know it didn't have too have to. 3. The people at the service desk were rude, she told my daughter she needed to book the appointment in her name, because if you'll called the extended warranty company and said my name they wouldn't cover anything. News flash my name is on the car and the warranty. 4. Oh I get it the reason you didn't say the oils change wasn't required is because you wanted to charge us more ahhh that's it. 5. Who care what the customer wants right, "Customer states change oil after doing fuel induction cleaning." That of course means nothing. 6. Congratulations Bob Johnson Chevrolet Pulaski you just got a new customer. UPDATE: Spoke to the Alexzander, they refunded the cost of the oil change. I appreciate it but the service team could have also done this without having to go so far. I appreciate your assistance.
