For starters, Buddy the owner is rude. You can tell he's about to retire because he speaks to you as though he doesn't want your business. The shop takes 3-5x longer than they estimate on everything they do. I heard that they are understaffed so those handling electrical are not actually professionals any longer, and they wont disclose any of this until they've changed the quote on you several times and try to gaslight you into rationalizing it, or worse, making you think you're the problem. The youngsters are great and the craftsmanship is acceptable, the project manager is fair at communicating complications when they arise, but that's all soured when management is dishonest. The main shop man Rusty is overworked, unfriendly, dishonest, and the biggest problem is that they don't have competition so they are completely flooded with all of the work, booked out very far ahead of time, and don't get punished for negligent business handlings because they're the only guys in town. Very disappointing experience at $165/hr and I recommend a mobile rv tech over this company 9 times out of 10 unless you absolutely have to get something fabricated. In that case, I reccomend a different welder

That is not a common thing in todays times. As a business owner myself I appreciate his genuine character. If you are ever in need of roadside service in Northern AZ, you will not go wrong with Nick. You took advantage of me before the holidays and that's all I want people to know. I wasn't going to respond to your response on Yelp but the fact that it's now been over a month and you still refuse to send me a detailed invoice and the fact Nick decided to immediately text me after my initial review threatening legal action and bringing up my military service which is completely unrelated says all without me saying anything further. I gave your company over a month now to send me an invoice and I would have ignored Nicks unprofessional, unprovoked threats, and belittlement over my military service but I can't look past it any further. Here are screenshots of what he texted me immediately after my first review, something I believe everyone will want to see before doing business with your company. For everyone seeing this I spent many years in the Army and I'm a combat veteran so I'm not sure why Nick decided this was relevant to text me when all I was asking was for an invoice so I know why I was charged such an obscene amount. If the invoice looked correct I would have deleted my initial review and went my way but I know that wouldn't have happened which is exactly why he still refuses to send it, something I'm owed as a consumer. I will be disputing $350 of the $946.49 charged to me and will be contacting the BBB over the unprofessional texts that were very unnecessary and unprofessional. These screenshots say a lot about Nick and your company's character.

I took my boat there, and it ended up costing me $800 more than the estimate, and they only installed an extra part less than $100 also they broke my starter and made me pay for a new one which they overcharged me for, and without even telling me they took my boat to the lake for a joy ride for 2 hrs burned over a quarter tank of gas and returned it to me with soda cans inside and there trash. also they stole my trailer plug, and when I got a chance to take my boat out myself, the electrical system was all screwd up as my guages stopped working, my 12v outlet did not work, speedometer, and the hour meter was dead, I made the mistake of refering a good friend to them to get his boat worked on, and we were at the lake together that same weekend, and they had replaced a fuel pump on his boat, and after about 2 hours his electrical system failed, and his boat would not start, I had to tow him back to the marina. Oh they extreamly overcharged his as well, Jeff lies and claims only he can get parts from manufacturer because he is an authorized dealer, It's a lie, other shops get the same parts, they just don't overcharge people for them !

As an active influencer in the RV community, I have referred a steady stream of customers to your dealerships. That ends today with Vice President of Sales, Brody Thompson's response. Beginning in January 2026 in Prescott Valley, AZ, we were excited to purchase a smaller RV, an addition to our Brinkley we purchased last year. We noticed a concern after being called to the dealership multiple times to complete or sign missing paperwork or make corrections. While waiting in the sales room, the finance manager, Michael, decided to have a conference call on speaker for everyone to hear. Unfortunately, mistakes were made and discussed on this call. Now, it required altering our original deal, which required an adjustment to the initial agreement. Michael requested an additional 6K due to this error, but we refused, staying firm with our 10K down payment. This is where it gets good. Well, a roadside service contract was added between the various revisions of the contract. Surprisingly, no verbal discussion occurred, as I would have easily refused. I've been paying for my own RV roadside service for years. Are they trying to recoup some of the additional $ 6K requested? Wait, it gets even better! Let's review my warranty contract. Oh wait, we can't. We were only provided the cover page of the warranty contract. The remaining pages, which included the cancellation policy, was not included. Luckily when we purchased our Brinkley last year, our warranty contract included all pages, which outlined the cancellation terms. This situation reflects poor process at best. At worst, it points to deception. Why cancel? They created an additional loan for the warranty, which doubled the original agreement and monthly payment. Two loans for one RV!?! The dealership now involved Blue Compass leadership, Vice President of Sales Brody Thompson. Now, Mr. Thompson is questioning our integrity instead of addressing the facts, stating, "This is the reason so many dealerships act as if they don't care about the customer, because it's clear so many customers care not to keep their word." Then closes his email with; "Two sides to a story". This response speaks for itself. He's not interested in customer service or learning the facts of this transaction; his only focus is sales. I will not accept an attack on my integrity when the issues in this transaction were outside my control, not communicated or created by others. The true reason why dealerships get a bad reputation are examples pointed out in this review. A dealership that conceals charges or promotes a false narrative in conflict with a signed legal contract raises serious ethical concerns. These actions reflect deceptive business practices and undermine the integrity of the transaction. That approach damages trust, violates consumer protections, and warrants formal review and exposure. Bottom Line: unauthorized add-ons, incomplete/missing documents, conflicting loans, & delayed refund. As an RV influencer, I will continue to share the facts of this story for years to come, including in our video review of the RV. Others have shared this same experience on other platforms and via the Better Business Bureau website (BBB).
