Everything is warranted and looks great. They did a good job and they basically clean up as they go so you aren't left with a mess. We contacted this company to repair the brick foundation of our 148 year old house. Terry Strayer…read more(the owner) proposed parging the foundation together with repairs where needed. We accepted and also requested the brick foundation of our front porch be repaired without the parging and that the parging be tinted to the same color as our brick. The price was approximately $7,654. We were very satisfied with the end product with one exception discussed below. It was completed in 2-3 days. It looks really nice. The proof is in how it will last with time. When engaging this company, be careful that each party knows exactly what is being requested. Part of our foundation is cinder block and there was no deterioration, so we did not see the need to parge it. When speaking with Mr. Strayer, my husband stated he saw no need to go "beyond the fence". There are two fences. My husband meant the second, since that is where the foundation changes. Mr. Strayer intended to go to the first fence which still left considerable brick exposed. As it was, his crew didn't understand and went further and by the time he saw it, it was too late to stop. So he considered there was a considerable part of the work that he could not charge for. (At the time, we didn't realize the difference in our expectations and his.) His crew did stop about 2 feet before I considered all the brick covered and when I mentioned this, Mr. Strayer came to our house unannounced, but never texted or phoned to say he was there. He then contacted me saying that the 2 feet was never to have been covered and he had gifted us a large part anyhow. He said my husband had said to stop at the fence. A misunderstanding certainly and the reason I am warning others to be certain there is no misunderstanding. Mr. Strayer seemed frustrated that I had asked for the remaining two feet while I was frustrated the job was not totally complete. I would like to take only half a star away, but that's not possible.

Knowing that they were now open, I stopped in today and was amazed at how cute this boutique and custom wood work shop was. The owner is so friendly and will take her time to get to know you. They have clothes (jeans, tops, dresses, etc.), jewelry, candles, chapstick/soap, and of course their custom wood work. The owner not only supports her own small business but also other small businesses/ business people in the area by having their items in her shop.
