Picked out a Savoy House brand and as I was waiting for the paperwork I was asked by 2 others staff member if I needed any help. You have to pick up your purchase around the back where the warehouse is located. One of the staff brought the ceiling fan out to my vehicle and loaded for me. I guess I visited at the right time, the staff received some additional training or the customer was just an @$$. My only criticism was that many of the ceiling fans I liked on display was on back order otherwise they would had gotten 5 stars.

Despite multiple discussions with them In person and via email, they were unable to complete this simple task. For the last nine months, we have been asking them to correct the unauthorized work that they did do. They rarely respond and when they do, it is to ask for more money to fix their own mistakes. Sadly, our management company paid them in full for the unauthorized work they did. We do not recommend this company at all!
