My problem is with the diagnosis, and subsequent diagnosis, ultimately leading me to remove my truck and have it repaired else where. My problem was with the DPF, complete with codes. The codes were read and according to the shop liaison, that's what they fixed both times. Check engine light returned twice after leaving the shop. Each time requiring a new diagnostic charge @ around $400. Each time none the prior work was covered under warranty. It seemed to me that the diag fee was more important to the shop than actually fixing my truck. Last and final time before removing my truck was more of the same, with an issue that could've been pinpointed a lot earlier and saved me time and money. I ended up spending over $9000 there only to have to leave and get the actual repairs done elsewhere. * Full disclosure, a separate issue (water pump) was responsible for about a third of the $9k plus.

Jessie is AMAZING! Preparing to leave to drive home I found…read morethat my sway bar link was gone on my driver's side. I had a five hour drive home and had to be at work the next evening. This is on a Thursday. Every shop I called said maybe Saturday or next week. I was panicking! I called Jessie and he kindly agreed to come out after his last job. He arrived around 8 p.m. I had already had my friends take me to get the necessary part. So I thought we were set. Upon removing my tire Jessie found that my wheel bearing hub was bad. He took the time to discuss with me what was wrong and that he recommended that it be replaced. He then agreed to keep working on removing the wheel hub while we ran to Auto Zone, which thankfully had the part in stock and is open late. He then replaced the part and had completed the other repair. It was then about 9:30. Then, despite the late hour and that he looked exhausted he took the time to talk to me about when I got home to make sure I checked the other tires for similar issues. That these things have a way of happening together. He was beyond professional and courteous. I then get the bill and am incredibly happy!! In my area shops usually charge $130 an hour. Jessie is incredibly reasonable. I got fantastic service by a qualified mechanic for a great rate! Plus, he saved the day and I was able to get home for work. I am beyond pleased!
