This was not the case with Full Nest Remodel and Repair. The estimates I had received for a very small, 40 sq foot bathroom floor repair/install were exorbitant. I kept looking and found Full Nest. Matt was courteous and communicative through the whole process of selecting the materials needed to the day of the install. He fulfilled my request of sending me videos of the project in progress, narrating the process so I knew what was going on every step of the way. Once the damaged flooring was removed, it was revealed that the joists needed to be reinforced before installing the new subfloor. Matt did not cut corners in order to finish the job in the usual 8 hour day by ignoring this fact and installing the new floor anyway without shoring up the joists. Instead, he worked well into the evening so that when he left the family of three had a functioning bathroom. (It's the only bathroom in the 800 sq. foot house.) He returned the next day to do the finishing work of replacing the baseboards. The best part about working with Matt was seeing his integrity in action. Even though the job took longer than anticipated, Matt never approached me saying I will need to pay more than the agreed amount in order for him to complete it. And, best of all, he went above and beyond by making sure the young family had a working bathroom for the night. Full Nest is now in my Rolodex for any future projects that come up and Matt will be my first call.

The receipt says $35/hr for 5 hours of cleaning for a total of $175, but it's clear that no real cleaning ever took place, and if someone did arrive the best they did was spray Febreze. Not to mention: 5 HOURS? The apartment is a one bedroom, it takes me maybe two hours to deep clean, and it didn't look like this place was even touched with a mop, much less thoroughly cleaned over the course of 5 hours! The apartment I moved out of was charged almost the same price and was taken from my deposit (despite having cleaned it myself), and now I face being robbed of my deposit a second time thanks to these guys as well as Allied Property Management. When I asked the question, they responded that "their employees stay busy during their time at our property and that they care..." That's great and all but "busy work" doesn't mean that the consumer will get the quality of work they are paying for as promised by their service level agreement. I now have to hire another company to come out and "finish the job." I might as well have driven down the 15 freeway and tossed a thousand-one dollar bills out the window. Blinds, baseboards, the whole shebang in three hours - a deep clean allegedly. I noticed a couple of things, asked if they cleaned. The answer was yes, which I clearly knew wasn't the case. I was in the middle of conference calls and didn't have time to police their work until I took a quick lunch break and was so irritated I decided to get out my Swiffer and Clorox wipes. You can imagine how unhappy I was. Floor wasn't done. Countertops still dirty. Baseboards not done. Glass not done. Stove not wiped. Went to the living room and it started all over again. Dirty blinds.The photos speak for themselves. I reached out with photos within an hour of the gals leaving to express how disappointed and unacceptable this is, got a text response an hour+ later asking if they could call tomorrow to talk about the situation and schedule a time in the future for it to be fixed. Wow. Excellent customer service. I hired them for help because I'm busy and they had great reviews, waited three weeks for an appointment and ended up having to clean my house on my own anyway and also lost $500 in the process. $83.33/hr per person for this? Perhaps I need to start a cleaning business. Hate to provide this feedback to a small business but you can't be operating this way, though it seems like there's really no rush to correct any issues. But, on my kitchen ceiling, in my new home, a tape seam separated. Page came and looked at it, and quickly wanted to blame it on a roof leak. I verified that wasn't the case by getting into the attic and checking everywhere, especially above the bad seam and on the sheetrock itself. I've never seen a seam do what this did, but according to Pages, it does happen. I accept it happens, but I think the cause is poor application of mud on the tape prior to closing the joint. And, I thought they'd come and just fix it. But, they wanted to charge me $300 for doing this. This really disappointed me, and so I've written this review. I'm also leaving the tape job like it is for now, and when people ask, I tell them the story. It's a conversation starter, and not a good one for Page.
