Business only accepts cash even though nothing is posted. It's 2024, just build in the transaction fees into prices and let the people of this century pay the normal way. I left about 40lbs of laundry here for wash and fold when my washer broke. I paid cash when I dropped it off. They told my husband he owed them full payment when he came to pick it up later that afternoon. Luckily he texted me in the middle of the whole thing and I was able to let him know we didn't owe them any money. He says they just laughed at him when he confronted them on it. I mean, what laundromat isn't sketchy these days? But still... the fact that they tried to get us to pay twice - in cash both times - was dodgy. So as I'm sitting here waiting for my clothes to dry I thought why not write a review. This is my first time coming here because my washer and dryer broke smh just my luck. But I was happily surprised when I got here. Today's Sunday so It wasn't to packed, but it was still a nice amount of people. The washers and dryers are fairly new. I brought my own detergent, but they do have a store where you can buy some from them. Of course the have the Bill changer of you need more coins. There's 2 flat screen TV's so you can watch tv. Yo solid. Get the wash & fold service if you're strapped for time. It's pricey though ($2/lb) so you have to ask yourself if you're a time or money person. Folds are folded expertly and they don't charge extra for fabric softener, bleach, or to separate loads. There's also plenty of washers and dryers in the building as well. Can't comment on pricing. But there's a lot of machines. They also sell a bunch of laundry products in case you run out or forget. Pricing seems fair, but then again I haven't bought detergent in years. We went here because our washer broke, so we weren't the regular clients. Still, this is clearly a well run place. A nice selection of machine sizes, plenty of them, plenty of baskets, nice marble folding tables, what's not to love? I hope I never have to go back to a laundromat now that our machine is fixed at home, but if I do, I'll be going to this one! read more

I was actually pretty impressed with this place. Our washer broke, so we only did wash loads and didn't do any dryer loads here. It was super clean and when we went around lunchtime it wasn't busy at all. I haven't been to a laundromat in years so I'm not sure how fair the prices are. We brought our own soap, but they also had soap dispensers. There's were tables to fold laundry and plenty of baskets, plus some vending machines. Everyone was friendly and the lady working there was very nice and helpful. My sister has been here several times and the lady working there even helped her get her laundry to the car, so my sister could get her kids in the car. Would definitely come here again! read more

In town for my daughter's four day softball tournament. By the end of day two, after 6 games, in July, the uniforms were rather ripe! Walked in on Saturday evening, and probably looked lost. The employee was very helpful - showing me the best deal on detergent and helping me get going. The place is clean and bright. Lots of tables for folding. Lots of machines. 45 minutes later, two clean (much less stinky) uniforms! read more

Not much of a date place, but it's a pretty nice facility as far as coin-op laundromats go. * New location. * New machines. * Staff was happy to answer questions. While waiting, I recommend grabbing a bite to each next door or taking a walk on the nearby W&OD Trail. Both are better options than trying to tolerate other people's kids. read more

There is nothing really wrong with this laundromat. However, I was told that the store closed at 9:30 p.m. even though I went on Wednesday evening. This was frustrating because I went out to my car when my laundry was in the dryer and when I went back the doors were locked and I was told that they closed at 9:30 even though Yelp and the store hours on the door clearly state 11 p.m. on Wednesdays. if you do not speak Spanish, you will have a very difficult time communicating with the employees. read more

My first visit here, on a Wednesday morning. I needed to wash and dry a bulky comforter that my machines at home can't handle. Brought my own detergent and two rolls of quarters - returned home with one roll of quarters and maybe $0.75 from the first one left. Machines of all sizes were available, the instructions on the washers were very clear and easy to follow. The dryers a little less so until I figured out that you pay x quarters for y minutes as opposed to a flat rate for each washer. I'm very happy with the results! I could have left the comforter with them to launder for about $5 more, so you want to look at their prices and factor in the cost of your time. read more

I never had the need to use a coin laundry before in my life. So I came to Yelp for references about places in my area. So based on reviews I picked this one. I have to say I am very impressed. Before I brought my clothes in, I got in and looked around. The place is very well illuminated, that is a plus. Everything is clean; floors, tables, windows, the machines, the counters, the service desk, the basket carts, I mean EVERYTHING is clean. The personnel is very friendly and willing to explain what you need to do and help. They even walk around checking on customers needs. I do not have a washer in my new apartment. I can't have one. There is a coin laundry only 1.1 miles away from my home. Honestly, I prefer to drive 14 miles to come to this place. That is how good it is. read more

This is the laundry mat that I typically go to while my dryer at home is in the process of being fixed... The door says it closes at 11pm, Monday-Friday. However, this is not the case. I literally come to dry my clothes, not wash them, a 45 min job at most. Tonight I arrived at 9:45 and the door was already locked and the lady working refused to let us in even after telling her through the door we just needed the dryer, not full service. Luckily, I don't require a laundry mat on a regular basis but this one will definitely not ever be getting my business again. Very rude customer service and do not stay open until 11pm as advertised. Save your time and move along to the next laundry mat service about 2 miles up the road. ;-) read more
