Ghetto place....i got catcalled by jobless Hispanic men outside and im Hispanic so i could tell it how it is. Apart from that, one of the machines I was trying to use couldn't read my card and the lady tried to blame it on me. Why would I tap first to see if it accepts any card, there's no indication it couldn't. Apart from trying to blame for their washing machine, didn't even have the courtesy to at least give me the soap I wasted on that machine. I'm staying at a hotel currently before I fly out so I'm scarce of laundry soap. Try to at least make it right! Go somewhere else! read more

I came here to dry clothes as my dryer is broken, I went to purchase one of their laundry bags with the coins that I have and the woman Cathy who works there told me I could not pay with the quarters I purchased at the laundry mat. Although the sign clearly says they only take cash. This is an inconvenience and horrible customer service. She had an attitude about it too. Not cool at all. I have been coming here every Sunday since October after loosing our home to a house fire. This place is very clean and the woman that works there Sunday mornings is always wiping down the machines and sweeping the floors. Everyone one is so kind and very safe. read more

No issues here. Large, well-lit and clean laundromat with plenty of machines. Washers washed, dryers dried. Would recommend.

Do NOT use the wash and fold service. I got back two large loads of clothes that had been neatly folded but quite obviously had not been washed. The girl that works the front desk at night has a horrible attitude. It's a great facility if you're going to use the machines to do your own laundry. read more

Would give zero stars !! The one lady that works on Sunday is always a problem!! If the machine takes your money she says its not her responsibility ??? If the dryer doesn't get hot and its on high for 30 minutes its not her problem?? So what are you working for noone needs a job at this place because no one can help you really sad :( would not go here if u had that option !!! read more

Don't come here. The short lady with blondish hair is always with attitude she always likes to say that everything is not her problem. Machines eat up your money don't waist your time coming here. Vending machines have expired juices and snacks which that needs to be changed ASAP! read more

I have been going to this facility for 2+ years traveling 16 miles past other laundry mats because I felt they kept their facility clean and it had many machines so waiting for available machines wasn't an issue. Over the past 6 months I have been having issues with some of the machines not cycling properly. Well today one of the machines acted up and the woman tried to tell us we didn't put enough money in it (what?) how does the machine start working if not enough money was deposited? She then ignored us so I called management and she said she would call the attendant. Nothing happened..... Management ignored 8 additional calls so 20 minutes later I told the lady to get my laundry out of the machine and she re deposited $3.75 and started the machine. I won't be going back to this facility due to the communication barrier and poor customer service. read more

They have everything from fabric softeners, conditioners, detergent, and bleach, and everything else you need for your laundry. So you don't have to worry if you run out or realise you have not brought any. read more

I had some larger items that needed to be washed in one of those large machines you can only find in a laundromat. This place has 4 different sizes of those larger washers. The people working there were very nice and helpful despite the language barrier. And they constantly clean the place. The larger machines are not cheap but very powerful and efficient, I should have used half the amount of detergent I used, now I know for next time :) read more

Very bad customer service. Service is always awful here but this was the worst experience yet. I paid $9.00 to use the 80 lbs washer. The machine broke down and their solution was to let me use a 60 lbs while losing my detergent and fabric conditioner already in the machine. She claimed all machines wash the same because people who work there top the small machines all the time with even more clothes then what I had. Upon requesting to use a 80 lbs machine because that's what I paid for or get a refund for the difference, the employee said: "Use it or don't use it, that's what the boss said I should do". I asked to talk to a manager. She said there was no manager. I asked for a phone number to call. She said "the boss said they don't want to hear about it". What kind of business doesn't have a manager? Or doesn't talk to their customers? read more

Horrible place. Employees will not help you when the machine took my money but didn't start. I asked for them to give me the money I originally put in. They said the machine will not start if it's not locked. She locked it still no money was returned. After that I asked again are you going to refund the money it's not working. She ignored me. I asked a third time if I was going to get my money back. Another employee mocked me saying if she puts clothes in the machine she can make it work. Very unprofessional. I asked for management. They said they can't give out his info. Ok then give me the money to put in another machine. No response. My final decision was to call the cops. With in 30 minutes which I could of been done with my laundry with a 3 years old next me the cops showed up. That's when they decided to help me. The machine was out of service. No paper was put or anything to alert customers not to use it. Horrible place. 3 employees eating ice cream making fun of paying customers. Don't go here travel couple miles down route 7 to a hidden gem. They are so caring and very helpful. read more
