Yes, figured it all out on my own. You need to bring nothing but dirty clothes, and money. There are products to buy there, detergent, softeners, etc., and change machines, washer and dryer use quarters. They also have other services so that you can drop off and pick up later, they do the work by the pound.

While I was dealing with that, my friend noticed that the soap was taken away or not properly provided. On top of that, I don't understand why they don't accept cards at the counter. It's very inconvenient to rely on a faulty machine when you need change or to make a purchase. Because of these issues, I wouldn't recommend this place or return. They really need to fix their payment system and improve customer service.

They actually have a kids corner where your kids can play. I didn't know how to operate the machine (no quarters). You get a laundry card and add funds to it. The attendant helped me and was very gracious! I had large quilts laundered here in the past and they always do a great job. I highly recommend this place. BTW - I counted and they have 64 washers and three different size dryers available.
