The good news is that I can take her and let her play until they are ready to begin the grooming and then pick her up at the end of the day. She is a extrovert and loves to play with other dogs. I have not used their overnight boarding facilities so I can't speak to that aspect of the business.

The team is very knowledgeable when it comes to the wellbeing and safety of our dogs. Our boys love getting dropped off, and sometimes, don't want to leave! Brenden, Michelle, Kimber & Madi are all great to work with and you can tell they are all passionate about what they do. Thor (my mixed breed senior pup) is always hesitant around new people and he very quickly grew fond of the team here. That's how I knew he was in good hands! Zuko (our Bernedoodle puppy) loves every chance he gets to run around at Digg's and make new dog friends. We even get to see them running around and having fun on Digg's Playhouse social media platforms. We're very thankful to have a place close to home that we can bring our boys to. I believe but don't know for certain that she was just getting her business started. Fast forward 3 years.....and boy did things change! I really liked Mel and trusted her with all my fur babies. I contacted her, as usual, by text to request her services while I was going to be out of town. She didn't respond. I contacted again and she responded she couldn't do the first week but was available for the second. Then as I was preparing for my trip I received a text saying her health wasn't good and she couldn't sit for me any longer. Which I completely understood so I asked that she return my key. No response. Second text, same request, no response. My husband pitched in by going into work later, coming home for an hour mid day and leaving work early so I could take my trip as planned. When I got home I once again request my key be returned and that she please respond. Told her I was uncomfortable with my key being out there since she no longer worked for us. She took offense, assured me it was safe and if I wanted it back, there was a $5 charge! What? I said I would pick it up or meet her somewhere in town. She said the best she could do was send it USPS COD. I said fine. I received that notice today at a cost of $17.66. I can't even understand any of this! Long story short, I have paid to re-key my locks and am refusing the COD. I'm writing this review not out of spite but so other people considering using this business are aware of my experience and can proceed accordingly.
