Recently got a K5 GT from Van nuys Kia. I have to say thank you to Farid, Jacob, Angel and finance manager Russell. Everyone took great care of me. I get that it's difficult going to a dealership nowadays but if i were to get another Kia, i would come right back here without question. I didn't like the dealer add ons but they did manage to get me the payments i wanted, the rate was way better than i got from chase. Angel was my sales guy. Very rare nowadays but he's authentic and i'm glad my appointment was with him. He took care of me and showed me the vehicle i wanted. We took a test drive and that was it, i knew i wanted her. He worked with the finance people and managed to get me my rate. Took care of the vehicle before i picked it up and showed me around the functions. Overall, look for Angel, he's a honest good guy. Farid is the manager that approached me while waiting and offered me a drink and was nice enough to chat with me while my paperwork was being written up. Congratulated me in the end and also said goodbye which i appreciated. Jacob, reached out to me on the phone in the morning concerning my appointment with Angel and i appreciated him for that. Made my appointment seemless. Finally Russell. Just all around great finance manager. Got my rate and then made it way lower while i was able to get additional packages. So that was really cool. I didn't want the packages but if the terms were the same but the rate and payment went down, then i'm all for it. Thank you for taking great care of me Russell. Hopefully i got his name right. Overall, it was a great experience, my only complaints are dealer add ons and i wish i got the exact car i wanted with the additional GT1 package but it was sold and i got the 2nd best. Extremely unprofessional staff and dated facilities. Showed up to the lot and there were about four or five employees just standing around the main entrance, so we couldn't even step foot inside the showroom. Someone came up to us and just stood there, not even saying hello or asking us what models we wanted or what we were interested in, just waiting for us to initiate the conversation. When we mentioned that this was the first step of researching and that we were not prepared to buy today, the staff lost a lot of interest in helping us, with a noticeable attitude shift. We then perused the vehicles on the lot, all of which were unlocked outdoors, and all were filthy, including crumbs and staff member items such as pens scattered throughout. We ultimately did find a vehicle to test drive - a Telluride. We were asking about the differences between that and the Palisade, to which the employees immediately starting talking badly about the Palisade, in the process failing to realize that they are both built on the same platform and were our top two choices. After we provided our licenses, it took a solid five minutes to get them back, only after asking a few times for them. As we were waiting, we noticed several employees vaping and looking at half naked pictures of women on their phones. It was wildly inappropriate. As for the test drive, we were not ever asked what we were looking for, we were just thrown into the closest available Telluride in a tiny parking lot. Then, the salesmen wouldn't even drive it out for us, they made us do so, which was incredibly difficult. Once we finally got onto the road for our test drive, which was only a few small blocks, one of the sales associates in the back was just scrolling on his phone the entire time. The other one gave driving directions, but never did much more, not showing us any features of the car or explaining anything. When we made it back to the lot, the salesman who gave us directions immediately asked if we were ready to sign, despite the short drive and not even letting us select the configuration we wanted or even view inventory. When we said we needed more time, it became an antagonizing "Why can't you sign now?" conversation. We then had to speak to the manager, who was behind a desk along with easily 10-15 people sitting around and staring at us. He then said that we had to sign with them because they offered the best warranty at their dealership -- the same warranty that every other single Kia dealership offers. We walked away and will not be back. From the staff to condition of the vehicles to test drive process to the shady practices and blatant lies and upselling, this place has zero redeeming factors. He left me standing in the lobby. Had to ask several people for just some water. Finally, a nice man who works in a completely different department, walked around and showed me the different models of cars. And then I met another manager, who was also very kind, named Farid who spent time talking with me. I visited Kia of Van Nuys on Saturday, June 20th around 6 PM to explore trading in my current leased Honda and potentially leasing a 2027 Kia Telluride. The salesperson who initially helped me, Hugo (if I remember his name correctly), was polite and kind and took me on a test drive, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my experience. I was upfront about my situation and specifically asked the dealership to be transparent with me about whether a deal was realistic. I was told they needed to run my credit and assured it would be a soft inquiry. After spending nearly three hours at the dealership, I was informed around 8:45 PM that the banks were closed and they couldn't provide any answers that evening. As I was leaving, George took my phone number and personally promised that he would call me the very next day with an update. That call never came. After several days of silence, I called the dealership multiple times, was repeatedly sent to voicemail, left messages for finance, and never received a return call. George later explained he had experienced a family emergency, which I completely understand and sympathize with. However, he also promised to follow up once he returned to work. He texted me Thursday morning, I responded immediately, and once again I never heard back. My issue is not whether I qualified or whether the numbers worked. I understand that not every deal gets approved. My issue is that my credit was run, I spent nearly three hours at your dealership, and then I was completely ignored afterward with no answers, no explanation, and no follow-through despite multiple promises. I have purchased and leased vehicles before and have never experienced this level of poor communication and lack of professionalism from a dealership. Running a customer's credit and then disappearing without providing any outcome or update is unacceptable. At this point, I'm less disappointed about the deal and more disappointed by how I was treated as a customer. I continue coming to this Kia service department because it's close to my work, but every visit has been frustrating. I've been here four times for routine service, and every single visit they've forgotten something. They repeatedly failed to reset my service reminder, and on another visit they forgot to put my tire valve cap back on. I've had to make extra trips because the job wasn't completed correctly the first time. On top of that, the wait times are always longer than expected, and communication is lacking. They always ask customers to complete the survey at the end, but it's hard to leave a positive review when the same issues happen every visit. I leased two Kia K4's from this dealership back in 2025. I opted-in for the tire extended warranties because I didn't want to worry about paying for new tires should something happen. Fast forward, I am in need of using my warranty... only to find out that it WAS NEVER ACTIVATED--although I asked for confirmations that all warranties and pre-paid packages were good to go before I left. It has been TWO WEEKS since trying to get a hold of someone in the Finance Department to get the issue fixed. I have called the department multiple times, but the phone rings until I get the message that the voicemail is full. I have called other departments to ask about anyone being available (over at finance), only to be thrown into endless loops of transferring from department to department, and only to end up back on the "mailbox is full" message at the Finance Department. I was even given different emails I could reach out to, only to receive error messages because the email accounts are none-existent or cannot receive incoming emails. The level of miscommunication and frustration has been too much. On July 21, I finally asked to speak to any manager that can help me with the issue. I was connected to Christopher Rodriguez--the Sales Manager. Christopher heard me out and then asked me to forward him the vehicle's information so that he can forward it to the Finance Department. Great! Only..... Nothing came from that. I asked Christopher to reply back to my email so I can verify that he received my request (and so that I know it's a working email accounts). He replied with, "Received" and gave me the expectation that the issue would be resolved and that I would receive an update soon. Well, "soon" has turned into what feels like endless waiting with no updates. I've reached out to Christopher, asking for an update or if he could point me into a different direction, on July 23rd and then again today, August 7th. Still, nothing. To any future buyer, please beware. Be sure to received print outs with confirmations ahead of time so you do not have to go through this endless cycle of being transferred from department to department, receive false and inaccurate expectations, and most importantly, NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON SERVICES YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE because someone dropped the ball. Kia of Van Nuys, you need to do better. Just because you've closed the deal, that doesn't mean you're "done" with dealing with the customers. You need to do what's right for the customer and correct the mistakes. I understand people are human and we will make mistakes. The issue lies in the lack of communication and unprofessionalism. I will NEVER buy from this dealer again and will stop recommending people. Although my sales person was great, this experience has honestly tainted my view of the entire establishment and has tarnished my experience with the brand itself. Before Kia of Van Nuys, I had leased two Kia's from the Kia of Cerritos. I have NEVER experienced something like this there. I regret coming to this dealer and had only went to Kia of Van Nuys out of convenience (I lived in the area at the time). I was informed that the dealer (where the vehicles were leased/purchased) were the only ones who could activate the warranties for me. I've never been so disappointed in a service department! They get you to buy extra things on your lease and then make it literally IMPOSSIBLE to get the service done! I'm so over this place! Scheduled a detail and oil service on my car. Bring it in and they have no knowledge of the detail. Then cannot accommodate the service even when I volunteered to leave it overnight. I don't live in the state anymore and try to use the auto detail package that we purchased. Now I'm going to have extra details that I can't use because they are only good at their dealership. This place is an absolute joke! I will not be buying from this dealership ever again and highly don't recommend it! *I will give a small shout out to Arnold who did give me some good advice moving forward and was polite. I would give Van Nuys Kia a 0-star rating if I could--their service department provides anything but actual service. We leased a 2024 Niro EV for three years in November 2023. Everything worked fine until the car failed to start on last Friday, 8/21. We called AAA for assistance and were told that the 12V battery was the problem. Since the car is still under warranty, we took it to Van Nuys Kia for service the next day. Greg M., the service advisor, told us that he would call us with an update around noon on Monday. Since AAA could diagnose and address the issue within an hour, we asked if they could do the same. However, we were told that they needed to run some diagnostics first. So we waited until Monday and nobody called us. We called Greg in the early afternoon, but our call went straight to his voicemail. We then called the service department again, and his colleague told us that Greg was on his lunch break and asked us to call him for an update on Wednesday. Later that day, we decided to call again, but both Greg and his manager's calls went straight to voicemail and we have not got call back from anyone at their service department on Tuesday. I know our issue is with their service department. However, Kia says people should buy its cars because the prices are very competitive, and it proudly advertises its 10-year warranty. But how can people believe what it says if its service department cannot perform a simple job that an AAA technician can complete within an hour? read more

I was pursuing a 2023 Lexus ES 300h listed on their lot -- clean CARFAX, clean AutoCheck, one-owner lease return, priced attractively after multiple drops over 40+ days. On paper, a strong deal. I'm based in the Bay Area (~350 miles away), so I coordinated a full remote workflow: independent pre-purchase inspection, refundable deposit, credit union financing. I scheduled a mobile mechanic to inspect at their lot at a specific time and confirmed the appointment with both my salesperson and the dealership's main line the day before. The warning signs I ignored: Throughout the negotiation, my salesperson was unresponsive to a significant portion of my texts. Follow-ups went unanswered. I often had to send a second message to get any response. Callback timelines slipped without explanation. On the phone, the tone felt casual and unprofessional -- not what I'd expect from someone handling a $35,000 transaction. I brushed all of this off because the car looked like a good deal. That was my mistake. How a dealership communicates during a negotiation is a direct preview of how they operate as a business. I ignored the signal, and it nearly cost me. My mechanic told me he has now saved multiple clients from purchasing vehicles from this specific dealership for other undisclosed issues. This is not a one-off. It's a pattern. Before the inspection, when I said I'd still do an independent PPI, I was told the car had already been "thoroughly inspected" by their team and I was welcome to inspect it anyway. Two independent inspections came to very different conclusions than theirs did. My recommendation to future buyers: * Pay attention to how the dealership communicates during negotiation. Unanswered texts, dropped callbacks, and lack of coordination aren't neutral behaviors -- they're a preview of how they handle everything else, including what they disclose about the cars they sell. If they can't respond to your texts consistently during a negotiation where they stand to make thousands of dollars, that tells you exactly how much attention they paid to inspecting the car. * Do not rely on the dealership's inspection. Always insist on an independent PPI from a mechanic you choose. * A clean CARFAX does not mean a clean car. Structural damage is routinely underreported. * If a car has sat on the lot for a suspiciously long time at a suspiciously good price, there's usually a reason. My guess is other local buyers already inspected and walked. I was the remote buyer who was supposed to bite because I couldn't inspect in person. I don't know if my salesperson individually knew about the frame damage. But the dealership as an operation clearly knew or should have known, and the instant decision to wholesale rather than dispute the finding says everything. I'm grateful I spent the money on an independent inspection. This service center is shady as hell. Another Kia dealer straight up told me to decline service because this one was upselling me. I was trying to get an errand done and check car service off my list, but the service advisor here, Greg, repeatedly misrepresented prices and legal documents, turning this into a headache. Backing up, I made an appointment online the same day through their website. When I showed up it wasn't busy. They did an inspection and Greg tells me I need a $350 coolant flush, and that the tank is "full of water," which is strange since I just bought the car from Kia Santa Monica late last year-- all that servicing should have been done. I called Santa Monica to confirm their typical practice when it comes to coolant (Greg told me they'd only do tire rotations and a couple other things), and they flat out tell me he's trying to upsell me, and to turn down the service. My car is back with the technicians at this point, out of my view. I told Greg that if there really is a problem with the coolant, I'll take it to Santa Monica to address. He keeps pushing, then clearly tries to think of other things. He asked when my tires were rotated. I remind him that I just bought the car. Ultimately he rolls his eyes, gives in and asks if I want to move forward with just the oil change. Sure. He prints out an agreement for me to sign and it says it's going to cost $129.95 for an oil change. On *their* website, where I'd just booked this hours before, it was quoted as $89.95. I tell him and his response is that it must have been the Kia Santa Monica price, not Van Nuys. I say no, I booked it through your website. Today. Greg proceeds to tell me he will show me the price live on the website right now and goes to his computer, and I simultaneously go right back to the Kia Van Nuys website where I scheduled the service on my phone and repeat the same exact process I'd just done. He tries to show me where it says it's $129.95 at the same time I show him the quote right there on his dealership's website for $89.95. Mind you, this is not some outdated coupon or a buried page, it's the actual booking tool you use to make the appointment! After I show him, he says, "Oh, that's the old price. This is the new price." Uh huh. So now I'm over this. He says that if I want the oil change I have to pay the $129.95. I say no, I will take it elsewhere. Fine. But before he can give me my car back, he says I must sign the authorization of work, the quote, an agreement to pay, as well as contact consent. I decline, obviously. I'm not agreeing to any of these things. He says he needs it so he can close the service out, which makes no sense. I'm not agreeing to the service, I'm not agreeing to the price, and this is a contract. Why would I sign a contract I'm not agreeing to? He says he understands and is going to print out another form that says they performed no service that I can *also* sign, but I have to sign this one first. I still refuse, and eventually I write "Refused to sign" on each signature block to be totally clear that I am not agreeing. Later, they bring my car back. When Greg shows me the coolant reservoir, it's indeed filled with water, and apparently nothing else. He reminds me that my car will overheat with just water instead of coolant and destroy my engine. Notably, they took my car back before I signed any paperwork, and only showed me the water-filled tank after it had been in the back for some time. When I got a second opinion, I was told that it is highly unlikely my car, at 50k-ish miles, should need a full coolant flush at this stage, or that it would have gotten so low someone would have filled it with that much water. Also, it's a plug-in hybrid EV, and we drive it mostly on electric (it runs down the battery first before switching to gas powered). We charge it every night and drive it on full EV mode probably 90% of the time. Plus, in 8 months of driving with, the coolant temp light has never come on, which it ought to have if it was mostly water. The next day I took it to Santa Monica Kia, the last place to work on it when it was sold to me, and they say the coolant looks like water but it's not-- and that they are unfamiliar with it. They confirm that it's not a liquid they would have used, and they flush it for free out of an abundance of caution. I ask if they think VN Kia tampered with it and they just say, "I can't say but I can tell you we wouldn't have let you drive it away like this." Greg and the team at Van Nuys Kia are the first people to look inside this car since it was cleared by Santa Monica Kia initially. I'm not saying VN did this, but the person I got the second opinion from said someone could have easily drained the fluid from the reservoir and filled it with water in mere minutes if they wanted to upsell a customer. Cherry on top: Weeks later Van Nuys Kia sent me a notice that my warranty was expired. Total scam. And I never signed a communication consent! read more

Purchased a new 2026 Kia Carnival EX Hybrid from Kia Van Nuys on May 2, 2026. At delivery, I was told the second key would be mailed to me because the service department had already closed for the night. I was also promised a full set of all-weather floor mats as part of the purchase agreement. More than 11 days later, I still have not received either item. I have made multiple attempts to contact the salesperson and dealership, but have received little to no meaningful response or follow-up. Servicing Review! In 2022, I purchased a top-of-the-line 2022 Kia Telluride from Kia Van Nuys and paid $10,000 over MSRP because my wife was battling cancer and I wanted to get her the exact car she wanted, in the exact color she wanted. At the time of purchase, I was promised phenomenal service and support whenever I brought the vehicle in. That promise has been completely broken. The service department has failed me repeatedly, and my most recent experience was unacceptable. During an oil change, I was told the vehicle had an oil leak and that I would need to bring it back so they could determine whether it was covered under warranty. The Service Advisor told me the diagnostic could take all day, possibly even 24 hours. When I asked why they could not check it while the oil change was already being done, I was told they couldn't, with no real explanation. I explained that I would need a loaner vehicle because I am now a single parent with two young children and I need reliable transportation for my family. An appointment was scheduled, and my repeated follow-ups were specifically to confirm that the loaner vehicle would be available. I called the week before the appointment, the weekend before, and again the day of the appointment. No one gave me a clear response. Then, on the day of the appointment, I found out the loaner vehicle had never even been scheduled for me. That is unacceptable. I was not calling over and over for fun -- I was trying to confirm transportation for my children and avoid exactly this kind of problem. Instead, Kia Van Nuys failed to communicate, failed to follow through, and left me scrambling. Even the service manager failed to respond, despite me leaving voicemails and being told her team had emailed her directly. That level of communication is unacceptable, especially when a customer is dealing with a potential warranty issue and needs basic transportation support. The other Kia dealership I contacted gave me a simple, professional answer: the diagnostic would take about one hour, and depending on the findings, they would schedule a loaner if needed. Clear communication. Clear expectations. Simple. Kia Van Nuys has made this process unnecessarily stressful, unprofessional, and disappointing. After paying over MSRP and being promised exceptional service, I expected far better. Their service department is disorganized, unresponsive, and fails to take care of customers when it actually matters. I would not recommend Kia Van Nuys for servicing. Spent hours at this dealership and left with nothing but frustration and an unauthorized hard inquiry on my credit. Was passed between multiple sales reps, sat at nearly all their help desks. Watched them struggle through the entire process on computers so outdated they couldn't even pull up their own Kia website. The whole time, loud EDM music was blasting making it impossible to have a serious conversation about a major financial decision. To top it off -- I was explicitly told the credit check would be a soft pull only. Minutes later I got a hard inquiry alert on my TransUnion. No written authorization was given. After all that, they quoted me nearly $600/month when Kia dealers across LA are advertising $339 for similar vehicle trim package. I'll be filing a complaint with Kia America and disputing the unauthorized inquiry with TransUnion & possible bait n switch. Had an appointment at 10:15 didn't get helped till 10:40 all that wait just to be told an oil change is $150 when on their website it says $90 lol joke. I was charged $792 for a battery replacement on a 2023 Kia soul! Picture this: 1. Took the car to Kia Van Nuys because the collision alarm light would turn on while driving and the car would not respond once it was stopped. Picture and video were shown to the manager-Greg. 2. The car was dropped off on Wednesday and we were told to call Monday to check on it. It was Greg's day off and I couldn't reach anyone with update that day. 3. On the 11th, I was told the car was ready and that it was driven for 15min but no issue was detected. I picked up the car and nothing was done. 4. The very same day the car was picked it was giving the same issue and so I took the car in again, I believe on a Saturday. Greg the manager mentioned to call back Monday. Again, his day off! 5. On Tuesday we got a call from Greg saying it looks like it's a battery issue and that the total cost would be $450. Being that the car is under warranty I did not want to do it myself so I had to accept. 6. On Wednesday, me and Greg had a heated exchange over the phone since it was the second time the car was there, the second time he says to call on his day off and the fact that it's really weird that now it's a battery issue. Keep in mind the car was there a week before and no battery issue was brought up, never had any weak battery signs but that's on what Greg is focusing. 7. Saturday, the car is ready and I and get charged $792!!!! That is $400 for battery and $330 for the labor on the battery item (itemized in their bill). So not $450 like Greg said it would be, but almost $800 for a battery change.  The other issue under warranty, no mention on the itemized bill... 8. After this, I called Kia Ventura and Kia van nuys to get an estimate for a Kia soul battery replacement. Parts and labor: Ventura: $295+$50 Van nuys: $350+$50  9. I also called another shop asking about the sensor issue to what they mention the following: You might have a dirty sensor.... Wash the car and disconnect the battery to eliminate errors. 10. I was upcharged an absurd amount by Kia but I was offered a complimentary car wash! So the car was washed and the battery replaced. Was the battery replacement necessary? I don't believe so. Never had any issue related to the battery and because the car was washed and the battery replaced, then the car errors related to the sensor that now was clean from the car wash, were eliminated. 11. Greg gave me an estimate above the normal and then charged me almost double of that amount for a battery replacement that was not necessary except to make sales! Was I sold a lemon? After less than a month of ownership, the safety features have stopped working, the rear window washer fluids pours into the back of the car instead instead of the outside, and the engine frequently sounds like a jetliner trying to take off as it struggles to accelerate. That staff was so friendly, but their sales seem deceptive. I loathe that I am stuck with this wreck until the note is paid off. Update 14 November 2025: less than 12 hours since I parked my car last night and wrote this, the electronics in my windows are going out. A couple of months ago, I went to the Kia Van Nuy Service center on Van nuys blvd to have my 2020 Kia Rio car a/c charged since it was not blowing cold air, I was told that they have to run a diagnostic test to see what was wrong with it and the diagnostic test would cost around $330 and once they find out what's wrong and I have it repaired, they would waive the diagnostic fee if I have them perform the repair, and they told me that diagnostic would take a day or 2, they said they would send me home via Lyft and send a car (Lyft the next day to bring me to the center tom pick up my car) I had to defer the service since I remembered I was waiting to get my replacement credit card, and they haven't done anything to my car. I called yesterday to set an appointment to finally get it repaired for today at 7am, I got to the van nuys blvd. service center at 6:50 and I noticed a large banner that said that the service center was moved to 5905 Sepulveda blvd, I drove to the new repair center, it was a bigger and roomier repair center, I asked my service advisor Arlene to verified that that diagnostic fee would be waived if I have them perform the repair and she told me no. They will not waive the diagnostic fee and they will only send me home one way via Lyft. Coming back would be on me. Sigh... I came in at 7:30am, I told her I would wait till end of today, at around 10:30am, she told me I just need to recharge my Freon and my car would be ready in about 50 mins, I was driving home around 11:30am. Overall, my experience was ok, the new center was nicer and more spacious, the waiting room is pretty nice and they have a coffee/chocolate machine or water bottles and popcorn for free. I complained about the fact that when I called yesterday to set an appointment, they didn't tell me or remind me that the repair center moved to a new location. Manager then attempts to upsell the highest trim of the new version of the car that's almost double the price and seems pissed when it's turned down. Complete waste of time and long drive. I came to drop my wife's car for an oil change and waiting in the lobby for 15-20 minutes and wasn't even acknowledged as most of the service advisors were either chatting or eating. I approached him to ask for assistance and all he said in a rude way was "it is not in my control" I am not available to help you. The other representative Greg Minanian after hearing him say that approached to assist us with our service. Kia's are horrible cars along with the service department. I bought my car exactly two months ago, and it was delivered with numerous issues from day one; the "check engine" light came on the very next day, and a door handle was missing. To this day, nothing has been resolved. I left the car there for two days, but when I went to pick it up, it was exactly the same they hadn't done a thing to it. When I went back, I was told it was no longer their responsibility and that I had to take it to the Van Nuys Kia Service Center. One of the employees told me it was my own fault for buying a pre-owned car, claiming those always turn out to be defective just like the one I received. I still haven't been offered any solution. I was supposed to be buying from a prestigious dealership, but there is nothing prestigious about them; it is unacceptable for them to sell damaged cars and then refuse to take responsibility. read more

This is about the new service center on Sepulveda, not about sales. I just had a crappy experience on multiple levels. I needed a tire and called to discover, great, they had it. But timing is important because I work everyday. So they scheduled me for the "first appointment" available the next morning. I get there and am told, "could be an hour and a half." I ask "to change one tire and do the alignment?" They say they have other cars and I would have to get in line. I look around an empty check in area as I'm the only one there. I figure ok, they're just saying what they have to, I'll get work done since they have this new lounge. I go in to find ICE recruitment ads playing on the TVs. Here I am in a room with mostly minorities and ICE ads are playing above their heads. I ask if I can speak to a manager. Surprise (not), he's not available. Who knows when he'll be in. That's convenient. So I go sit down to get work done. The internet keeps dropping out. It's not stable enough to do any work that requires the internet, such as mine. I go to ask someone and am told that it seems to be working for him. So you think I'm making things up. I have to explicitly ask "could you please have someone look at it?" The nice guy comes to where I'm at to say that all he can do is submit a support ticket and that someone at another location will get to the ticket at some point. What a great new lounge for people who have to get stuff done while they wait. When I get my car about 1.45 hours later I ask if the manger is in yet. I just want to politely say that I don't appreciate the ICE ads in the businesses I patronize. I wasn't going to get worked up: just one person expressing their opinion who has bought two cars from them. Maybe it will make a difference since the employees probably don't love hearing it all day at work but probably can't say anything. I was told he wasn't in still. Two hours without a manager or supervisor. Interesting. My brother owns a dealership and runs the service center in Texas. Two hours without at least a supervisor on duty would never happen there. But ok, I'll just leave a message for the supervisor online and get a call back. Two weeks later, no return email, no call back. So take it for what it's worth. Maybe you don't care about ICE or love them. Maybe you don't need working email, or care that they seem really uninterested in hearing from their customers about service issues. All good. But for those who do care about, at least, having a place with minimal customer service, set your expectations appropriately. Not that many of us with Kias have many options here in the area. But at least consider just getting a ride share so you're not stuck there listening to ICE ads without internet and eating popcorn at 8am. read more

We had a very frustrating experience with this dealership due to lack of transparency during the purchase process. We purchased a used honda oddesey 2019, which they price at $21,500. We agreed on pricing, we are told for the final cost will be $25,000, we asked for the breakdown on why it came to that price, NADIM didn't give us give us clear answer and walked away. So We just assume that is including the tax and registration fee. After our loan got approved by the bank, we are forwarded to finance manager ELISA, who has a little attitude when we ask for the final cost of the car , she seems to rush us to sign the loan agreement without clearly discussing what we are signing for. She talked about everything is included in the purchase. They will not give u the loan agreement paperwork after u sign and will be told it will be send to your email, which you need to beg for them to email it to you. The biggest issue was being charged for "optional" add-ons that were never clearly discussed with us beforehand. They added security system $3500 (that we have to call the 3rd party to have it install) anti scratch $2000 which they never install, and that Hyundai VSC $4500 on the final cost of the car, that comes out for the total of $29,000. These were presented as if they are standard or already included, which felt very misleading. My husband even have to go back to ELISA and who lied that this charges are not optional, my husband had to investigate and found out these charges are "optional". We have to seek for legal advice and wrote them letter for these "optional" charges be refunded. They need to be investigated for fraudulent charges and transaction. I recommend that anyone considering this dealership carefully review all documents, ask detail questions about every charge and not sign anything until everything is fully explained and agree upon. Zero star is what they deserve for all the hassle and trouble of resolving the issue they put the customer through!! read more

I had the absolute worse experience with my 2024 Telluride with only 10,000 miles in it. The service dept lacks communication and customer service skills. The service was so bad that today I actually traded in my Telluride and got a 2026 Chevy Equinox. I traded it in cause I would never ever want to take my Kia there to be serviced again in my life. Again the sales dept is great but the service dept really needs to be fired and re hire people that actually want to be a service to customers. read more

I've never had such dreadful service from a dealer before. I brought my ev6 in with a battery that died to a bad ICCU (known problem with this car). Even though the car is still under the factory warranty I was told the battery need replacing out of pocket. I was quoted $329 plus tax over the phone seemed excessive but I said yes. Then I was told I should forget about diagnosing the ICCU or it could be a few days in the shop or maybe a month. A weird scare tactic but I said keep it as long as it takes to fix the underlying issue. 2 hours later I get a text the car is ready. When I pickup the car suddenly the price is around $500. Avoid these guys and take your car to a different service place. They're crooks. read more

I am NEVER buying a Kia. The experience I had with them was the worst one I've ever had. I bought a NEW car in January of 2024 and it turned out to be a nightmare. I took my car to service back in April of 2024 because it broke down after exiting the freeway. They had to tow it and kept it at service until May 2024. After getting my car back, a few days later the codes went off again and took it straight to service. I was told they would not be able to take it in since they had no room until July, so I had no choice but to take home a defective car. I took it in again in July and they were finally able to take it in. We weren't given a rental or anything after continuously asking for one . They had my car from July 2024 and in March of 2025 they called to tell me my car was ready for pickup. I wasn't able to take it home the day I went since everyone had conveniently gone home for the day. My husband went the following day to pick it up, and not even 20 minutes later the car had broken down AGAIN. During the whole time that my car was in service, I was not given a single update after continuously texting and calling them. They had failed to inform me that the first person that took my car had been fired; the second person that then took my car was also fired. I only found out this information when I would personally go to service. The third person that took in my car was completely clueless as to what was wrong with it, and I do not blame him - I blame their horrible management. This caused me so much stress, time, and money that I did not have. I had been paying for a car and insurance I was never able to use for almost a year. Save yourself the trouble and NEVER get a car from this dealer. read more
