One word-- Amazing. I am a new home owner and unfortunately became stuck with a horrible neighbor…read moreand no privacy. Thanks to Pride Fence I was able to get everything done within a couple of weeks. I had so many questions and Lauryn walked me through every step, never once making me feel like a burden. Not only are they professional, they were also the best priced locally. If you're looking for a sign to call them... this is it. :) I've literally reviewed this company on 3 different platforms just because of how great they are. Definitely the best

Scope of project…read more Grading / hydro seed / French drain / shed pad and installation of around 500 feet of vinyl fence 5 stars for communication. Company is very responsive and answers phone calls, texts and emails quickly. 5 stars for the work ethic of this company. Their workers worked tirelessly for two full days to get the large fence projected completed. John and Lauryn were a pleasure to deal with throughout the project. We had one minor hiccup as the fence was taking a little longer to put up and they requested more money after the contract was signed but they agreed to bring in equipment to finish the project quicker in lieu of hand digging all the holes. While we understood extra days to finish the project would be extra labor they never installed a French drain and we still paid the full amount for grading without it so we figured it was fair to call it even. We had a grading project done on the property by them so we figured they would understand we had hard clay soil and that's why we wanted the grading project done first before the fence. 5 stars for quality materials. They use very high quality vinyl fence materials. The big box stores are inferior to their supplier which comes delivered to your home nicely packaged and protected . Issues so far after about 10 months. Even with all the great things this company did and the high quality product it became clear that the fence likely wasn't installed correctly We were constantly losing fence caps during any wind event in our neighborhood. None of the 8 houses next to us with vinyl fences ever lost a fence post. I popped over to my neighbors house when they were having their fence installed and the company had told me they use pvc cement to glue their caps on and they were surprised ours were never glued one. This wasn't a big deal and I wish I dealt with that issue sooner. After hundreds of times going outside to track down the missing fence posts and putting them back on I glued them in place and they have not moved since. Very simply fix which took all of 30 dollars and 15 minutes. We were disappointed this wasn't done at time of installation. Because of this I have a tarp over 2 fence posts since we lost 2 caps till I can find a matching one. As shown in the photos the biggest issue of all. Within a few weeks we noticed a large majority of our fence posts were not properly backfilled. I figured someone likely was wrong when we had an excessive amount of rocks and dirt placed on our brand new top soil backyard and not used to fill in our fence posts. The soil quickly settled. I noticed at time of installation after the concrete was poured in the post they just shoved a few scoops of dirt into the post hole I had to go out and purchase a tamper, about 200 dollars in bags of top soil and did my best to tamper down the dirt. We did this again in the fall with about 100 dollars of topsoil Well now that the snow melted we once again had to buy more bags of top soil to fix the backfilling of the fence posts The issue we are realizing now regardless of now realizing we are likely going to have to backfill top soil bi yearly it's likely not enough concrete or concrete was never cured properly. One of the posts you could see the bottom of it and the concrete was still wet (10 months later). Our neighbor has a fence about 5 feet from ours without this issue In the wind you can see all panels moving. A small shake of fence and you can make a panel 100 feet away all the way on the other side sway. We now are realizing we may need to take the fence down in certain areas to have the fence posts actually installed so the fence doesn't move around. . Two neighbors next to us used 2 different companies and they fences seem a lot more rigid. We understand some swaying is normal as theirs will move one or two panels when you move the post but on ours the whole entire 100 foot plus run moves with only a few fingers pushing it back and forth. Hopefully others don't have a similar installation experience as us. Besides the installation issue I would still recommend them as it seems from their reviews we were not the norm
