We contacted the company and they did an "internal investigation" and not to our surprise, the cleaners who were in our home never saw any of the items. We are not people who misplace things and had searched extensively for the items prior to assuming the cleaners. But when they're the only other people who enter your home. A police report was filed so that it would be on record. It's a really unfortunate situation, we were very much hoping to support a business with this type of model. But we ended up getting bit. No one had been in our home prior to this discovery And we had counted it with some others I had been saving the day before. When I spoke with the company spokesperson, he denied this was due to any fault of his employee. I asked that he ask her where she had put the charger. He has neglected to do so. He offered me a $100 rebate and an appliance cleaning in exchange. As the total cost to me has totaled $525, I found this to be less than acceptable. To this day, I have heard nothing further from this company and must at this point consider legal action. Needless to say my granddaughter did not receive the Christmas present I had been happily anticipating. I would never again hire these people.
