I scheduled a carpet cleaning and was told they would call with a time frame. The woman called me on a Saturday, deflecting her own work issues on me. She was complaining that other customers said anytime was fine but they were not, so she was having a terrible time with scheduling. She asked me to verify that ANYTIME is fine. I said OK but I need a window. She calls me back and says ARRIVAL time between 2:00 and 5:00! Who wants wet carpet at night? I felt she was unprofessional and rude. They weren't able to get the cat pee smell completely out of my rugs, but they went above and beyond to clean them a second time (even picking them up and dropping them off for extra convenience!). I knew ahead of time that a perfect result wasn't guaranteed because of the type of stain, but I appreciated their effort nonetheless. Mediocre cleaning for a high price. The cleaners were courteous but did the bare minimum. Since it was in a condo, they needed to use the remote unit and charged $100 extra. Parking their van at a meter on the corner proved very difficult for them- and I even paid for their parking! read more

My daughter's friend threw up on our upstairs carpet late last night, and despite my thorough cleaning attempts, we still felt it needed to be sanitized. I found Daisy Carpet cleaning online this morning, quickly scheduled a request for an appt ASAP, and received a call within 15 minutes! They had a cancellation this morning and were able to arrive within the next hour. I was super excited that I also had the entire upstairs cleaned along with our mattress being sanitized. When our mother passed away and we needed to vacate her unit by the end of the month, Daisy Carpet Cleaning was compassionate and accommodating at the very last minute. They came out that day, on New Year's Eve, and did a great job cleaning the carpets. I spoke to this company over the phone and was told that they could handle mold in my carpet. I had a 4 inch spot of mold in a closet. I spent a day clearing out the room of furniture and prepping for them, blocked off my calendar, and then when they came, they said they couldn't do the job. A huge waste of time. If I were them, I would have at least offered to clean the rest of the carpet, or offered to clean the carpet and have me sign a release. Terrible customer service. These guys don't know what they're doing. read more

For the first time in decades I tried a new company for carpet cleaning and I am so glad I did. Many carpet cleaners offer great customer service and quality cleaning, but in my experience they sure don't do it at prices anywhere near what Daisy charges. A master closet is charged at $15 instead of counting as another room. Their very competitive prices will allow me to shampoo twice a year instead of once a year (we foster animals). Take a chance you won't regret it. Unfortunately I don't have any before pictures - as the saying goes they would have been worth a thousand words. read more

Called to schedule my warranty cleaning, guy on the phone was all for it, told him it was for my sectional sofa and he proceeded to put me on the schedule. No where in the conversation did he tell me that there was no warranty on sectional cleanings. Upon finishing they tell me my total which was obviously not the price of a warranty cleaning. Offered me no solutions and the "manager" basically called me a liar and offered so resolution to the matter. They clearly don't care about their customers and only the money. No one mentioned this prior to setting this job up...also i am not there, had to use a realtor lock box and they asked for a tip before the job was done!!. I contacted Daisy Cleaning after moving to our new home from Texas where the dust and pollens are horrific. Our light color couches and red glider were in dire need of cleaning to get all of allergens out of the cloth. Andrew and Alonzo arrived within the specified time requested, and did a great job with the cleaning process. Andrew explained the process, made recommendations on how to approach the cleaning, and got right to work. Two hours later, both the couches and glider were significantly cleaner and rid of pollen, dust, and animal hair. They performed a great service and were professional throughout. (EDIT--I am not from california as stated by my name. I am from the twin cities.) First, the 2 men who came out were professional and pleasant. However, after they left and I had a minute to look over the carpet, I didn't see improvement. We had no "stains" just a couple of dirtier areas from high traffic. So after they left, I sprayed some water on the spots, put down a white towel, pressed it down, and so much dirt came up. I didn't even have to scrub it. I then found some carpet cleaner I had from years gone by, FOLEX brand, and went to work. About 15 minutes later, my spots were gone. I added a picture of one of the white towels for you to see. I sent a message to the company with pictures of the dirty white towels, and all I got were excuses. Said they would need to come every 2 weeks to get it clean. Really? It took me 15 minutes to get it as clean as new. So $240.00 later for 2 rooms and stairways, which seems fair at the time, is out the window. To be fair, they offered to come back out, but we are under a time restraint as we are in the process of selling our home. I'm guessing that would have been another charge as well. read more

Daisy came and cleaned but since it was cat pee the smell lingered so they offered to bring it back to their office to clean. When we received the cushion back there was no evidence of the smell. I have used Daisy Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning 3 times in three years. Carpet and upholstery takes a beating in a house with two dogs and two cats. Service is fast--usually within 24-48 hours. I have had several crews; all have been expert in their service. Alonzo and Andre this time were as the last two crews excellent in describing the job and getting it done and warning about the hot steam hose that could injure the pets. read more

I needed my couch clean, it's a nice room and board couch that I've had forever and it's gotten dirty over the times I've moved. I tried cleaning it myself multiple times with a Bissell machine with no luck so I decided to call Daisy to do it. I live in an apartment so they had to bring this portable machine in to clean it which cost $50 extra and they didn't tell me that until they were here. I pointed out stains and dark parts of the couch before they started. They crew was super nice and spent an hour cleaning it so I was really excited to go and see it after. Well it looks the exact same. The same stains that I had pointed out and in some places it looked worse. I called and they told me that their portable machine isn't what they normally use but they had to since we were in an apartment and that the only way to really clean is with the truck. Why would you not ask us to move down the couch instead, which is what their solution is. They won't give me a refund, they made my couch look worse, and didn't even bring the proper tools for the job. I used Daisy to clean my carpets in a home I had just purchased. The house was empty so I thought it a great time to get this done. After hunting around I settled on Daisy. They came and did three rooms plus stairs in under 45 minuets. The carpets looked okay that day, but the stains returned the next day. It was around Christmas so they were not able to get anyone out to do anything right away...and then I had to move in - so instead of empty rooms I have rooms with boxes everywhere. A week later my wife had our second child (2 weeks early) and so the timing was not super awesome for them to come back. Plus, having just moved in I felt done moving furniture and boxes around. I asked instead for a price reduction. Recognizing that they came out and made an effort I asked for $50 off my $175 bill. They balked and offered only instead to come and do it again. Why would I want a company who didn't do the work properly the first time to come back? I would not recommend their services. Their customer service is terrible. read more

Just used Daisy for the first time today. I called this morning (a Saturday) to get an estimate on upholstery and area rug cleaning. They answered right away and were very friendly. They were able to fit us in today, which was awesome, and the guys that came out to do the cleaning were very nice and professional. The rug looks fine, but I'll know more as I clean under and around it in the coming weeks. Ultimately, I have to trust that they did what they said they would do and cleaned it, but who really knows? I do know that when I initially inquired, I thought the rolled up braided, oval rug was 8x10, and was told the price based on that. He told me that the price was the max, if the rug measured smaller, the price would reflect that. It's a 7x9. They didn't change the price, so I was billed for an 8x10. I would love to have it done annually, appreciated that they pick up and deliver (there's a charge, but that still seems fair), but I don't know what the actual cost would be going forward. And, it seems a little shady. I didn't question their technique, practice or cleanliness.... until I realized that I was overcharged. I may not be by a lot, but I have no idea. As a business owner, it's just not my practice and I believe it's telling. read more

Called these guys Monday afternoon to see about them cleaning a velvet sofa and they were able to come the next morning. They were super nice and very efficient and the sofa looks awesome. They even got some blood stains out (one of my dogs jumped up there while he had an injury a couple times). I will definitely call them again. read more
