Jon went over and above to listen to my needs and went to his manager to explain my situation. Manager actually came to meet with me in person. Jon is in high demand but you would only know that as his name is constantly being called over intercom. Jon ensured me numerous times that I was his top priority while I was there and attended to others only when Sophie was able to work with me (great pair). I told Jon several times to answer the calls from loud speaker but Jon refused giving me undivided attention. Jon was able to get me a price that I was comfortable with and never once pressured me into anything. We were in contact via phone, text, email and in person for several months as I was undecided in what to do with my current lease as it was ending and I'm in a financial situation due to medical concerns. Jon ran (literally) to other parts of his dealership to get different makes and models to test drive without hesitation. Jon never pushed me in any direction allowing me to make my decision without pressure. I can't thank Jon, Sophie and/or West Herr enough as I am currently leasing a 2016 Kia Sorrento (I recommend you test drive one) and am loving it!!!! I can now focus on my health and recovery. I've worked with several other dealerships in the past but for last 5 plus years Jon has been my go to guy. It's been nice to see him grow as I was one of his first customers. I have been a customer of West Herr for over 30 years. I continue to do business with this group because of the OUTSTANDING SERVICE they deliver consistently. Recently we moved back to the WNY area. I have always purchased my vehicles from this group although it usually involved a long trip to pick up my vehicle. I have dealt with one person in particular over the last 30 years. Jim Clifford has always gone above and beyond to deliver GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Recently we purchased a new Subaru, Jim went the extra mile to help. Although he does not sell that brand he not only set up with a sales person, He was there during the entire process from initial visit to delivery. During our most recent purchase we were introduced to Tony Chimera. He did a Great job with helping us with this purchase. He demonstrated at every point in the process the culture of the "Customer comes first". Finally, the service departments do whatever it takes to get the job done. They always accommodate our needs, which at times can be difficult. Overall, the culture that has been created at West Herr is outstanding. I have been with West Herr since I leased my first car back in 2007 - and still to this day I have never had a problem. Service has always been great and leasing my newest car on Wednesday was no different. I had the pleasure working with Matt Wager, he was great and had a great sense of humor. When I came in, my lease that I was in wasn't up until March 2016, seen the great deal going on and decided to come in with my mom to see if I could get out early. I already knew what I wanted so all I needed to do was talk numbers. Matt was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me (especially the high car payment they wanted me to pay lol.) I did some negotiating and the sales manager, Robert, ended up coming over and talking to me. He worked with me and got me to an amount I was pleased with for my monthly payments and I couldn't be any happier with the overall experience I had with them. Hi my name is Corey and I just go my new out back a week ago. I travel all over New York for my jobs and needed a better car then the one I had. Now I'm 19 yes 19 years old, with that said most car sellers will not see me as a buyer. However as soon as I walked in the door of west herr Subaru I was greeted by Antony Dean. With Anthony he told just what I asked about the car and let me get a feel for the car. We both found out things about the outback that was not really told on the window sticker. I bought a 2012 Honda Civic Si from Rob Moore last week. He got the car from another west herr dealership the day that we decided to meet, I loved the car, the sales experience was A++++. The finance Manager Dan Kowsky got me a loan with an APR that was literally more than half of what my previous auto loan was. My experience was so stellar that I brought my mother in the next week, she sat down with Rob and went over what she was looking for. After a lengthy search she found the car she was looking for at the price that she wanted to pay. That day was pretty busy at the dealership and while my mother was waiting to sit down with Dan the finance manager Rob took it upon himself to take my mother out to lunch and he PICKED UP THE TAB!!! Very impressive dealership. I lost my vehicle to a deer strike and was on a short timeframe to replace it. Jon Clark and Sophie, his assistant, couldn't have been more helpful. I spoke with Jon a few days prior to scheduling test drives on a couple of used vehicles. I listed the vehicles I was interested in and when I arrived, Jon had all three of them parked together in the lot, running, and waiting for me. Once I made my choice of vehicle, both Jon and Sophie moved the purchase along without delay. Additionally, West Herr's policy of part replacement with less than 50% wear remaining when purchasing a used vehicle was a pleasant surprise. Yes........brand new tires were installed on the vehicle the day I arrived to make the purchase. Jon informed me of this policy and made sure the tire replacement was done. If you are looking for a new or used Subaru or Kia, this is the best place in WNY to buy. I would highly recommend both Tony Chimera and Elizabeth Sheremeta. They are considered to be salespeople, but I have gone to many other dealerships in the WNY area and I have never felt so comfortable as I did with these two individuals. For as many times as I stopped in to test drive different vehicles, they were always supportive. I ended up working with both of them since I would sometimes stop in on a day off, and the other would gladly step in and assist me, regardless of whether they would be able to earn commission. I consider them to be the best two salespeople that I have ever worked with, and I have previously purchased many different new and used cars over the years. My husband and i went to West Herr Subaru and Northtowns Subaru. We had a TERRIBLE experience at NORTHTOWNS. ENDED UP WALKING OUT. We were subjected to what we consider unreasonable pressure and demeaning criticism. It was a totally opposite experience at WEST HERR SUBARU. John DiRosa was very upfront with us - explained all the costs and fees associated with either buying or leasing a vehicle. There was no pressure to buy, we went home and took our time deciding. I drove 1.5 hours to view a couple vehicles that another dealer claimed to have in stock only to find out "they must have all sold overnight" Needles to say, I left with less than a positive impression with that dealership.
