Sean and his team are very courteous, punctual, honest, ethical, and proficient at offering explanation of problems/repairs (which I need because I'm not a car expert). This Review may seem full of superlatives but it reflects how I genuinely feel. About 6 months ago I had work done on my car at a major Twin Cities car dealership service center (where I had a discount coupon). A few weeks later my tire (that I had paid to be fixed) fell off while the car was in motion. Luckily for me I did not sustain any serious injuries and I had no family members in the car at the time of the incident.
