Pickup was also good. Thy arrived outside their stated window of time, but not too far out. However, getting them to stop billing us for the returned equipment is a nightmare. No agents are signed in, sit on hold up to 45min. Finally get a customer support agent and I get routed back to the black hole of ringing and elevator music. When I finally got to someone who could help, she was very attentive in navigating the Lincare mess to resolve the issue. The best I can say is that the people are good, the products are good, but the processes are broken, and that is a poor management issue.

No notice from Lincare about picking up the machines after 1 month and they waited three months to bill me. That's when I found out the prescription was for 1 month only. I returned the machines and bought a home oxygen machine and portable for what I had to pay for three months of rental. Check your prescription with Lincare because they will not notify you when the prescription runs out and will bill you full price. They don't rent without a prescription but also don't notify you when the prescription runs out.

Not only had they not billed Medicare, but they were also charging me a nearly $40 a month "rental" fee. Over the expected 10-year life it would cost me nearly $5000. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They are deceptive at best and predatory at worst. There are a lot of reputable medical supply companies. Do your due diligence.

I saw these Yelp reviews in the course of recommending PHM to a dear friend today (searching addy and phone actually). I'm stunned to see the low reviews. A quick glance at one star reviews suggests to me the reviewers are a little unrealistic in their expectations, again in my estimation. This isn't a new car show room, a 5 star hotel, nor a Michelin star restaurant, it's a professional pharmacy dispensing your doctor's prescribed therapy. It isn't answering phones first and foremost, it's your life extension that they provide an important part of. If you go to another DME provider in the Tri, guard your wallet is my advice.

They looked at it, broke our cowling on our steering column and said the didn't do it, it's an old car and other want their fault. My daughter fixed it in their parking lot, And they refused to even allow us to use a took because I left a "bad" review. We've had nothing but trouble with the scooter and lift and tried to bring it in to be fixed, the older man at the front desk refused to fix it, (after I had an appointment) handed me back my keys and told me he refused to work on it "because we blamed him for the ignition and left a bad review" I spent over $600 getting the ignition replaced. After going 3 times wo success, a couple friends told me about Howard Medical in Richland. They were great to work with and after just a couple weeks, we have a cpap. There were problems w our Medicare but they contacted us and figured it out. They are great at troubleshooting and communicating. Great customer service! I highly recommend Howard medical!!

I am unable to walk, run, or drive. I don't have and can't afford one. My insurance company had pre-approved the wheelchair.
