The workmanship was great but the customer service was somewhat less. While it's a fact that they do this all the time, I almost never need auto glass work yet they seemed to expect me to have expert level knowledge of my car's glass and my auto insurance policy. The scheduler Teri was fairly terse in her interactions with me. I felt validated in my assessment when I overheard her on the phone with another customer (it's a very small office). Definitely use this place for your auto glass needs but check your expectations at the door.

He is unwilling to admit or accept responsibility for my vehicle now being two tone. When the sun is out my car appears to be goldish on the driver's side and is a silver metallic on the rest of the vehicle. He first stated that he removed my fender and sent it to a paint specialist to be matched. Later he stated that there were 8 options for my paint code for which, in my opinion, he clearly chose the wrong one. In addition to the run down the driver's door and lack clear coat on the fender jam he billed my insurance for things including the blending of the hood. You can clearly see from the pictures that no blending was done. I am attaching pictures of some of his work. The final picture is from the prior year when the passenger side was painted in Long Beach, WA and they matched the color perfectly. Jay was a pleasant man to work with until there was a problem. He failed to repair part of the damage and told me it was not from the accident but from me removing fender flares. However I still have the original receipt from the purchase of this vehicle from the factory and at no time has it ever had fender flares. Even his own invoice states this. At this point it is going to cost me thousands to fix his mistake. This has been extremely disappointing to say the very least.

I called Al's and got a date a couple weeks out. Due to the weather I took my truck to his shop instead of having it done at my place. Unfortunately he had to push my appointment time back a couple times which he made up by giving me a discount on the windshield. It took about an hour to do, it's been over a week and I haven't had an issue with my windshield at all! No leaks or air coming in. He also gave a lifetime warranty on the windshield that if it did leak that he would refund my money and fix the issue! I would highly recommend him to anyone of my friends for a windshield replacement or repair! He also had the best price for my windshield in town!

Let's start with the positives -- the customer service was excellent. I found this company through…read morea Google search and emailed for more information. They responded promptly and were able to get me scheduled quickly, all via email. In-person interactions were just as pleasant. My vehicle was quite messy (I have four kids, so you can imagine the amount of crumbs!) and also had some mold, which they were able to treat and remove from what I can tell. They even gave the outside of my car a quick wash, which I hadn't requested but really appreciated. For those curious about pricing, it truly depends on what you're wanting done and the size of your vehicle. For mine -- which included leather conditioner treatment, a full interior detail, and mold cleaning -- the total came to $571. If I'm being a little nitpicky, I would have liked the leather conditioner rubbed in a bit more thoroughly, as there were some streaks, and they did miss a couple of small spots during cleaning. That said, before I left, they made it clear that if I had any issues, I could bring it back and they'd take care of it. The small things they missed are minor enough that I can easily handle them myself. Overall, I would recommend this business -- the positives definitely outweigh the minor misses. --- UPDATE --- After posting my review, I received a call the same day from the establishment offering to address the concerns I mentioned -- even though I had given them a 5-star rating. They truly didn't have to reach out, so I really appreciate the effort. It shows a lot of integrity and pride in delivering both great service and the quality customers pay for. They insisted on having us come back so they could fix the conditioner on the seats, but since we had already put covers on the kids' seats, we had addressed it ourselves. They offered to do an add on job free quoted as $256 but offered no refund. I don't have time to spend waiting for them to complete their job or to "make some deal". Recommend you look for other options. I certainly will on the other vehicles we have to be cleaned.
