I was dealing with a lot and having a hard time solidifying paperwork with Heidi in a timely manner. So I definitely understand why she would be frustrated. What is ridiculous to me is how a supposed therapist would be so rude and unprofessional. What kind of professional makes assumptions and judgmental statements especially in a profession dealing with people struggling with anxiety and depression. Heidi said to me "Seriously dude - no reply to texts and emails from August 10th to now/ August 29, and you weren't in jail or an ICU and I'm the problem?" (see photos of email).

I respected her decision and paid the fee and she sent an apology text that includes some typos so I replied with a question mark and she blew up on me and claimed I was harassing her. Her reply included an "OMG" in it because she was frustrated I didn't assume what her typos meant. I would've considered still working with her even after paying the $100 no-show fee, but after her blow-up reply, absolutely not and I wouldn't recommend anyone else work with her. Completely rude and unprofessional.
