From the moment I walked in, I was greeted in a very nice way, my needs were heard and respected, and, oh my, what a selection of different jewelry they have to pick from, very impressive! Adam did my ear piercing and listened to where I wanted the new piercing and Adam double checked before we proceeded with the piercing. But what most impressed me was how he prioritized Sanitation. I think he must have changed his gloves four times after he touched every item needed for the process. He explained aftercare very well. Checkout was wonderful too, they made sure that I knew how to contact them at any time if I had any other questions or concerns after the fact. Someone will let you in and explain the jewelry selection that they have. From what I know, the prices for titanium ear piercings (I chose this) were fairly standard compared to other places. Once I chose my jewelry, I filled out an online form and waited for my piercer. Once Colin took me back to the piercing room (very clean room), he walked me through the process and explained in depth what to do and not do with a new piercing. I was able to ask him some questions about my existing cartilage piercing and I'm so grateful that I got some advice on it! My piercing process was quick and painless and I highly recommend Colin for any piercings.

Dain and Cassie teamed up to pierce my daughter's ears both at the same time. They were both very patient, professional, and friendly. The private room was helpful in keeping my daughter calm. And even the oddball shop full of jewelry, gemstones, preserved bats & butterflies, and incense was helpful in keeping her distracted while we waited her turn so that she didn't lose her nerve. The piercing went smoothly and as soon as she hopped off the table, my daughter looked in the mirror, gasped, and exclaimed, "I LOVE them! Thank you, thank you thank you!" I will say that it was pricier than expected. For the piercing, jewelry (flat backs that had an upcharge) , and aftercare kit, plus tax, it came out to $176. But you get what you pay for and my daughter and I are both very satisfied with the experience. I never would have taken her to Claire's or a kiosk, and there's a good chance that a tattoo shop would've scared her off. So you can't argue with results!

This felt stressful as the piercing is only 6 weeks old & my body heals very fast. There was no issues getting the new jewelry through, so all was good there. I then wanted to buy a piece of jewelry for my existing belly button piercing. It was very busy in the store so I understand things take time. However, none of the jewelry prices were labeled and the workers didn't know the prices either & had to manually look it up which took more time. So I decided to go with a blue naval ring which looked like the right size. I felt confident buying the jewelry without a piercer checking or switching it in themselves as I have changed the jewelry at home numerous times over the years. The workers were talking about my decision to not get checked out in front of me saying things such as "you can lead a horse to water" etc. This felt very unprofessional as I was 2 feet away from them & they were talking about me but not to me. I didn't want to wait for a piercer since it was so busy in the store. I just wanted to buy a piece of jewelry & it still took about 30 minutes to even do that. I said I was okay with the no return policy & was still talked poorly about in front of my face. They offered a free consult which few shops do. I go there they had a screen of all different lion tattoo variations. A specific program for tattooing. Very cool. They printed out a few I liked and we three discussed pros and cons of size and placement. Ying, myself, and Connor the tattoo artist. I embarrassingly had to reschedule a couple sessions and arrived late for my first one (100% my fault) and they established with great kindness a boundary around time while giving me the full time of tattooing. They could have charged me the hour I was late (bad communication on my part) they did not. Now don't take that as permission to do what I did cause you might (and should) be charged, but I share this to show how friendly, understanding, and at the same time professional they are. Took two sessions a total of 7 1/2 hrs I think. Second session I was on time ;) Connor starts a stop watch when he begins and shows you. That's when the charging begins , and stops the stop watch immediately when he's done , and shows you as well. I thought that was very cool of him and all ships should do that. It would be great if that's specified because I was so excited and happy after my piercing that I didn't realize or ask about this while I was there!
