Mr. Enoch takes professionalism to a level that I have never experienced. He fixed my 26ft box truck when 3 other mechanics said it wasn't possible and he did it in 3 days. Half of the rear end oil was gone. Their team expertly and efficiently found the right part and replaced the faulty seal, road tested it and turned it over to me. It is hard to find this type of service for my motorhome since it is so bulky. Job status communication during the job was excellent. I called in last minute this morning to get an oil change and the lady on the phone was very nice and polite. She was able to get me an appointment to come in within 30 minutes. Upon arriving, I was greeted by I believe one of the owners. Everyone was very friendly and the place was really clean. They didn't have my oil filter but they managed to get it within 10 minutes and have my oil change done within 40 minutes which was great because that was the exact time I was given as an estimate as well. I drive a 2019 Mercedes c300 and the price was VERY fair compared to going to the dealership. All his staff (except Kenneth Tran) are very courteous and respectful. They send you pictures of your car as soon as you bring it in so you have evidence of the condition it's in when you drop it off. They also send you updates/photos during the repair so you don't have to question if they REALLY did the work they claimed. The only thing I would change about this shop is getting rid of the front desk guy, as his attitude towards customers is really combative and rude--and he's never worked as a technician so he doesn't know what he's talking about when he 'recommends' things you need.
