I thought I could manage with the DIY kit I bought from Facebook and all that it killed were crickets. It wasn't until I found a wasp nest under one of the alcoves on the front of my house and having to kill a spider, with babies pouring out of it that I finally realized enough is enough!! My sister lives in the area and recommended a chain service, but I found their online reviews to be consistently negative. So, I did some research on Yelp and Google and found Hole-In-One Pest Solutions. I wish I had called earlier as I continue to put this off despite having additional spiders coming through various cracks, corners, doorways, etc. The customer service representative was extremely helpful and kind. Super easy to talk to and helped me set up my first pest control appointment. I've always lived in an apartment so I've never had to deal with this before. I appreciated her patience and compassion as I explained my terrifying wolf spider story. Within just a couple days (due to my schedule) I had a tech out at my place. I contracted with Peachtree Pest Control's Wildlife Division earlier this summer, and unfortunately…read morethe experience was defined by poor scheduling, communication failures, and bad follow-through. The sales process was smooth, although in hindsight I believe I may have purchased more than I needed. After that, the problems started. Regular pest-control technicians were sent to my home even though I had contracted for wildlife services, and these technicians could not perform wildlife work. They also confused appointments, including sending a technician when I had never been told a visit was scheduled. When the wildlife work was finally scheduled, I took off work to be home. The crew arrived and told me the electricity to the house had to be disconnected before they could proceed. No one had told me that in advance, so the appointment had to be rescheduled. I then arranged with the utility company to disconnect my power and took additional time off work. When the next Peachtree technician arrived, I was told the power did not actually need to be disconnected. The work was completed while I was left sitting in a house without electricity waiting for the utility company to return and reconnect service. I was also told they would return in about two weeks to remove the one-way wildlife exclusion device installed on the house. Instead, it remained there for roughly two and a half months and was only removed after repeated calls. Eventually, I canceled the service and repeatedly asked to speak with management. I called approximately six times. I eventually spoke with a field manager who was already familiar with my property because he had personally come out to remove the exclusion device. He said he would escalate my concerns to two people above him and that someone would contact me. That was about a week ago, and no one has. At this point, I have given up trying to get the company to address the experience directly. My dissatisfaction is not based on one mistake. It is the cumulative result of the wrong technicians being dispatched, appointment confusion, unnecessary loss of electrical service, multiple days of missed work, a promised two-week follow-up taking roughly two and a half months, and repeated difficulty getting management involved. Whatever the underlying cause, my experience with the Wildlife Division was far more difficult and time-consuming than it should have been. I would recommend using anyone else.

Our technician was highly reluctant to go in my attic after the initial treatment and I understood due to the heat. He did tell me he could go up there in the heat to put another bait station for an additional fee of course! I'm guessing he gets commission off it! We continue to hear rodents up there but they seem unconcerned about it at all. Then the kicker of kickers, I get an email regarding an inquiry about our termite bond renewal. I never responded thus in my mind implies a no. A month later this guy shows up hops my fence and stays 10 minutes max as my girlfriend was in the home. After he leaves he sends me a text stating everything looks good no moisture or sign of infestation. No formal report whatsoever and I promptly get an invoice for $260 when it usually was $200. No notice of a price increase nothing. I didn't pay the invoice as this really infuriated me. Then I get an inquiry of payment and threat regarding the termite bond being void. I replied that I would pay when I received a report. What do I get? One line at the bottom of the invoice stating "nothing noted"! Is this any way to run a business?! I've owned and run 3 and would be mortified if my people conducted themselves like this! This is an F minus company at best!
