My previous servicer performed well initially, but six years of quarterly services later, they could never get a good handle on the pest problem. (See my review of my old Servicer and how I think they contributed to the problem.) VHP's pricing was very reasonable and after speaking with the owner, I was hopeful. Well they identified the problem area after the first visit!! For years, I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong because I was consistent with my pest services and obsessive about cleaning. Did you know that bugs can enter through your attic?! I didn't, but thank goodness that VHP did. After the follow up visit, I no longer had to worry about I'd see when I turned on the lights in the middle of the night. Those of you reading this, and have pest issues, understand the overwhelming sense of peace that comes with no longer worrying about randomly seeing a bug scurrying across the wall or floor. The five stars should tell you that this service works! After a snake found its way into my home, I also used VP to clean my gutters and identify areas that needed blocking to prevent additional 'guests' from entering my home. Now, the open areas around pipes and the gutters are closed and (hopefully) no entry points remain. This is a long post to say USE THIS PROVIDER!!!
