Tim responded to a text I sent to inquire on behalf of the new owner, but reiterated that the warranty is not transferable, even though I was sure to check on that before I had the work done. I'm very disappointed to hear this, when I thought they were a stand-up company. So I guess the moral of the story is, live and learn, and if you're asking for an exception to a warranty, get it in writing, because a person just saying it doesn't mean anything.
