These guys are amazing! We hired them to remove an old, heavy (like 1500 lbs) hot tub and they did an outstanding job and made quick work of it. They removed in one piece, too. I had a 6 person hot tub weighing 850 pounds with plants all around that needed removal and disposal. Barnaby Rose owner of Northwest Labor Industries showed up on time, no plants were damaged, and my newly seeded lawn was not impacted. I sent him pictures and he quoted me a fixed cost of $350. Other companies were in the $500-700+ range and would not commit to a fixed price. Barnaby was done in 20 minutes. BTW, he did this with himself and two others quickly. I contacted Northwest Labors to relocate my spa and was not entirely pleased with my service. The price wasnt bad to relocate the spa, but there was some lack of attention to the job. When I contacted Barnaby to give feedback on the job, he became very defensive. Here is a list of problems I had with the relocation. Missing fasteners. Small gouge on the shell. Access panel and lift bar left disassembled without any fasteners. Cover locks removed/missing. The price is okay for the service, but make sure to go over everything with them at the time of delivery or you may be left calling your spa manufacture to replace missing components. I have to reconnect the spa and I hoping that there was no damage caused to the internals. read more

We had three mattresses with the box springs, a dresser and a nightstand, and a pile of wood left over from a small remodel we did in our garage... We were considering loading up the family van a few times and taking it to the dump ourselves, but figured I would put a few calls out and get a few estimates anyway I called 1800 got junk, Seattle rubbish works and a few others, and was mind blown from how expensive they told me it would be to haul away (we sent them pictures and everything), 300, 400 dollars or more?! I called Northwest Labor after finding them on Yelp and they told me I would be looking at a minimum service charge of 199.99, 200 dollars cash. I told them to come on out, and they were here within an hour. Guys were super nice and helpful, loaded the truck within about 25 minutes, and took off. Would not hesitate to use these guys again, fair, prompt and hassle free! read more

I have never seen anybody work as hard, as fast or as effectively as Barnaby and Nick. They helped us removed the inventory of my mother-in-law's home -- junk, donations and collectibles. They were careful, thoughtful, respectful and above all, flexible -- we had booked 800-GOT-JUNK to do our dump run, but they were so incredibly late that we asked Barnaby, at the last possible moment, to pick up the slack. Northwest Labor Industries went above and beyond to help us with a large hauling project, which in addition to mountains of trash bags, included several old (read: unwieldy) furniture pieces, as well as defunct appliances, most notably a formidable, heavy, old antique freezer (~30 years old!). That thing was a beast, but they managed to load it into their generously-sized truck, packed in with everything else for maximum efficiency and best bang for the buck, and hauled it away no problem. We were in Washington to work on clearing out an elderly family member's yard and garage, so the timing was important, and the Northwest Labor Industries crew went out of their way to make sure it happened before we were scheduled to go back to our home in CA.
