They were friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough--cleaning everything plus the details most companies miss like window tracks and under the sliding glass door. This wasn't a quick wipe-down--they scrubbed and scraped everything. I got five bids, and Leaf Organic was the only company that came out in person to walk the house and be upfront about expectations. They told me most companies charge $500-$600 but only stay a few hours--and based on my past experience, that's true. You're always left wishing they did more. With Leaf Organic, there was none of that. Not a speck of dust anywhere. We also have an English Cream Golden Retriever that sheds like crazy. They cleaned my 17' long dog and once they were done there was as zero pet hair to be found on a cloth couch and in my house. It's absolutely worth paying more--you truly get what you pay for. This is the first time I've had a deep clean where I felt completely satisfied. I'll definitely be using them again for yearly deep cleaning and their monthly service.

Searched in the King county registry and they are not registered. It is illegal to do what they are doing and I will report them to the county. At first I was ok with it but when the maid damaged my house things deteriorated, I found out they would not cover any of it and they are not insured. Fernanda actually told me to bill the maid that she pays $30 or $40 a house to clean. Till today nothing has been paid to me. Fernanda Crispin gives you rates that are way higher than others cleaners because they say they are licensed and insured but will not provide that information. The rates are to reflect the higher costs she says but it is just not true. They send two people, one works the other either sits in the car or does very little work. In reality you are paying for one person to do the actual work. The second person is really there as a headcount so they can charge for two people. I will post my texts with her so folks know this is a legitimate review. I asked multiple times for both the license registration and insurance information and was denied both by Fernanda Crispin. I am flagging it for others so that you will not be cheated with the higher rates, and conned by Fernanda and also if she breaks something you will be covered by insurance. Finally, she is overcharging customers and taking a huge cut for herself. If you are paying $120 dollars to have your house cleaned, the cleaners get $60 and she gets $60. If you are using her ask for her registration (business license) and insurance. Trust me, you will not get it.

Stephanie gives you a reminder call the day before and does her best to set up a cleaning schedule tailored to your needs. The ladies are the same team each time and if you talk to them about something they will remember for the next time as well. All of their products are green and odorless. If you have a specific cleaner you'd like used for something you can leave it out and they will use it as directed. Everyone speaks English and are "legal". The first 2 cleans are more expensive due to the deep cleaning necessary to bring everything up to scratch, but then the price goes back to the base rate. They even send out a QA rep to see how the team did after the job is finished and will reclean anything you are unhappy with. I would highly recommend this cleaning company.

I walked through after and it felt like it did the day we moved in, perfect.
