SURGICAL SERVICES DON- Please keep hiring great nurses- your staff is wonderful, but I've learned how to study body language for a hot minute now; as I continue forward with earning my master's degree in counseling. Your staff is incredible, but clearly overworked. Do anything you can to keep them on staff. I highly suggest that Alyssa be included within the hiring team, and that her input be genuinely considered. She has prepped me twice within the last month. She really knows her stuff. This hospital is beyond blessed to have such caring nursing and support staff. Dr. Trevisani, Dr. Calhoun- They're quick and to the point, you're under anesthesia, then, BAM! You wake up and get a thorough description of their findings. The team in gowns- I didn't get your names, but you all have great personalities and taste in music! Thank you ALL for making an uncomfortable experience- significantly more comfortable, with your bedside mannerisms and kindness.

We were told that his insurance was accepted here. The woman at the front desk even took the insurance card and photocopied it!! We eventually got a bill in the mail for 300.00 dollars we thought this was a mistake and called the bill processing center they started an investigation. Later I got an email telling me that they didn't accept the insurance and that the bill was our responsibility!! I am currently still disputing this! My husband and I don't have insurance and we got sick a few days later and figured we better be seen. We called the clinic 3 separate times for a price on the visit, we were so sick that we were willing to pay out of pocket they told us $90.00 for the visit, we thought okay that's fair..after the visit mysteriously their credit card machine was broken so we couldn't pay for the visit...later we got a bill in the mail for 274.00 each!!! So we disputed these charges later for them to come back to tell us that the 90.00 was a self-pay co-pay? These people are CROOKS!!! Nothing was disclosed to us at all. DON'T EVER VISIT THIS PLACE!!

They pushed me to the patient portal, but there is no way of removing authorizations from your account there. The run-around is truly horrific customer service. Beware.

The PA Brett Palmer was awesome ! He stitched my foot and was so careful and caring ! I was there for awhile but they checked everything! From X-rays to flushing the wound out ! I felt like they did a better job then if I had went to my doctor ! I did not feel rushed in anyway ! Good job and thank you ! I went back to get the stitches removed 10 days later ! The customer service was definitely not as good as my first visit! They seemed shorthanded and the wait time was long ! They put me in the room for the doctor to come remove my stitches and I waited forever !!!!! I thought they had forgot me ! He came in ! Was not as friendly as Brett was !removed the stitches and left ! Didn't wipe my wound off or anything! I was very disappointed in this visit

When I arrived the facility, there was a sign on the door indicating they don't accept insurance,…read morenor do they bill insurance. They also do not provide you with a receipt suitable for you to submit to your insurance. The receipt that I was given did not even list the name of my provider. In addition, no one there was anywhere close to friendly. It was one of those instances where it appeared. Everybody hated their jobs. I had to use the bathroom to provide a urine specimen. I used the last few squares of toilet paper, and there was no new roles to be found. The toilet would not flush. After I soaked up my hands, I turned the water on to find it came out less than a trickle, basically running down the porcelain of the sink. I was so disgusted. The visit itself was $150, the specimen was $25. I most definitely do not recommend this facility.

The first visit was at a very busy time and did take quite awhile but I didn't need anything really urgent. M.D's and P.A.'s were good. I'd thankfully had the flu vaccine, but still got very sick in the last 24 hours and decided to go to urgent care today. As there's no longer a one in my town, I drive to Berlin. This center opens an hour earlier than the UVM one, which was great because I didn't want to sit around in my car after being up all night waiting to be seen. You fill out the paperwork and scan your IDs via your phone (text message) when you arrive. Then they text you to come in. I was see swiftly by a very friendly patient assistant, who took my vitals and had me take a flu and strep test, based on my symptoms (I'd had a neg Covid at home). Then the doctor came in. He was so nice!! A very sweet gentleman who asked me some questions, checked me out before the results came back as influenza strain B. I'm glad I went. They do have a virtual option, but I was sure I had strep or the flu and wanted to be sure. Will be a long weekend at home, resting. They also do tests for work and school with reasonable fees if you didn't have insurance. My insurance thankfully paid for the visit. Really nice facility. I'd come here again.

I spent thousands at this hospital and can't find anyone to speak w/ about a $300 invoice??? Further more, the hospotal, sent the single bill to collections for a charge in dispute. I encourage you to consider another service provider - This hospital has an inept financial services team who is quick to ruin your good name w/ out justification.
